World Cup leads to thousands of Married Women looking to score!

ispzdc8173inzhxwbgpa (1)

Thousands of football widows have flocked to extramarital dating site, IllicitEncounters.com, as world cup frenzy is leaving them feeling neglected by their partners. The website has reported an average of a 67% rise in female activity since World Cup fever swept the nation.

Leading UK marital affairs website IllicitEncounters.com, which has over 850,000 members, is seeing a surge of new member sign-ups as the tournament is due to begin. The recent friendly match between England and Peru showed just how invisible ladies are already beginning to feel as their partners are distracted; the site saw a 200% increase in female activity. Over the last few weeks they have seen nightly increases of up to 82% in new female traffic, with an overwhelming majority citing, ‘world cup neglect’ as the reason for joining.

Mike Taylor from IllicitEncounters.com said: “There is a large number of women who are feeling neglected due to world cup fever being their partner’s number one priority. Some of the new members even mention the fact they had signed-up just because they were sick and tired of coming second to football matches and decided to ‘play away’ themselves during the world cup.”

Charlotte 38 from Manchester who joined the site just before the England and Peru game, made it clear in her profile that she was looking for someone to fill the gap during the world cup commenting: “World cup season is upon us and I have become invisible to my man I am looking for someone who is fit, active and looking to meet up during matches for some fun.”

Mike Taylor adds: “Some new females have actually been surprisingly explicit about what lead them to join the site, citing instances when they were neglected while their partner spent hours at the pub, or those who were completely ignored at home, apart from the occasional request for beer and snacks.”

So while some footballers may have more experience in dealing with affairs illicit encounters, expect these figures to serve as a wake-up call to the majority of British men – if you don’t pay attention to your ladies, they are not afraid to go and find someone who will. Most likely someone who’s into salsa dancing or doubles tennis.

Audi drivers overtake BMW as the most adulterous car owners

jwm5kh6fnq3fjqcxcl6x

It appears that BMW owners have lost the title of most adulterous drivers to Audi owners, the UK’s leading married dating site IllicitEncounters.com can reveal. In a follow up to last years poll, BMW drivers have slipped into second place. Meaning BMW owners have either switched to a new car manufacturer or have bucked up their ideas and been more faithful in the past 12 months.

BMW remains as the worlds largest maker of luxury vehicles despite Audi receiving $25 billion worth of investment since 2002 and doubling the number of model lines they make since 2003 from 6 to 12 but Audi have plans to take the lead from BMW by 2020 and if our stats are anything to go by they look on course to do so.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com Mike Taylor said: “Cars can reveal a lot about their owners, all the cars in the top 5 represent our members, they are typically successful, motivated, high-achievers who are less likely to settle for something they find unsatisfying, be it a car or a relationship. Car manufacturers know this and Mercedes even famously used infidelity to advertise their cars with the banned ‘Not In This Weather’ advert.”

It seems German manufacturers are the most favoured by Illicit Encounters members with Mercedes Benz coming in third in the study of the dating sites 800,000 members whilst the exception Volvo (Swedish) came forth and Volkswagen finished the top 5.

Interestingly both the car brands with the fewest number of adulterers where French, so whilst the French may embrace adultery it seems the drivers of their cars do not. So if your husband or wife drives a Peugeot or a Renault you can be pretty confident that they are less likely to stray.

The other interesting statistic was, 72% of Illicit Encounters members where likely to change cars within three years to refresh to a newer brand or model, and only 7% of members primary car was older than 5 years.

Over 30% Of Young People Don’t Think Sex Is Cheating

ywfksthhtpghlsawe8jp

Over one in three young people do not think sleeping with someone behind their partner’s back as cheating, a shocking new study has revealed.

The study, conducted by OnePoll on behalf of IllicitEncounters.com, revealed that 32% of 18 to 24 year olds didn’t count sex outside of a relationship as being deceitful – compared with just 2% of those over 55.

Which of the following activities with another person constitutes cheating?
Ages 18-24 25-34 35-44 45-54 55+
Flirting/teasing 34% 29% 22% 18% 16%
Sending sexy texts or tweets 47% 50% 50% 45% 44%
Touching/making physical contact 45% 51% 56% 57% 58%
‘Dirty dancing’ 31% 40% 41% 38% 34%
Kissing 66% 73% 81% 78% 68%
Oral sex 67% 75% 88% 95% 94%
Sex 68% 75% 90% 97% 98%

Digital infidelity, such as sending sexy Tweets and texts, was unsurprisingly a major concern for young people. 47% of 18- to 24-year-olds said they would consider such interaction as cheating, compared with just 44% of their parents’ generation.

The survey, showed how attitudes towards infidelity have dramatically shifted.

Of the 4,000 married Brits surveyed, the youngest age group had a smaller spread of results when asked which flirtatious acts represented unfaithful behaviour. Their answers ranged from 31% (‘dirty dancing’) to 68% (sex), in comparison to the large spread of the oldest generation from 16% (flirting/teasing) to 98% (sex).

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com Rosie Freeman-Jones commented: “We have seen a trend of attitudes towards infidelity shifting. Older generations that see a greater disparity between flirting and having sex, young people see all forms of cheating as similar importance.”

However younger Britons appeared more likely to end a relationship due to infidelity.

The youngest age group surveyed were the least likely (17%) to attempt to work through and forgive their partners’ infidelity. The over 55s were the most willing to maintain their relationship with a partner even in the face of infidelity.

The presence of alcohol also sparked differing results among the generations. Almost half of 18 to 24 year olds (48%) said cheating didn’t count if you were drunk, compared to just one in five among the over 55s.

Rosie added: “Older generations appear to be a lot more strict when it comes to cheating. However, they are more willing to work through their partners’ infidelity. This commitment to their marriage is likely to be due to religious and moral reasons, social pressures in their generation and the vast amount of time and effort they have devoted to their relationship.”

IllicitEncounters.com is the largest married dating website in the UK with nearly 800,000 members – approximately 5% of the UK’s married population.

Football Widows Join Up to Extra-Marital Dating Site on Cup Final Day!

ispzdc8173inzhxwbgpa

Thousands of football widows flocked to online dating site IllicitEncounters.com during this weekend’s FA Cup Final.

There was a huge spike of women joining the extra-marital dating site on Saturday at 17.45pm, shortly after the kick-off of the FA Cup final between Manchester City and Wigan.

Illicit Encounters spokesperson Rosie Freeman-Jones said: “This huge amount of interest is very unusual for a sunny Saturday afternoon and the numbers on the site grew steadily for the next couple of hours.”

“Some of the new members even mentioned the fact that they had just signed up was because they were sick and tired of always coming in second best to the football at the weekend.”

According to University of Lancaster only 12.85% of women hold membership to Premier League. Therefore almost 9 out of 10 football fans are men, leaving a huge proportion of women at home: feeling shunned and looking for some excitement.

During last years FA Cup final 77,169 football fans turned up to watch the match at Wembley and over 2.5 million men enjoyed the game with the lads, not thinking twice about their partners they left at home.

Meanwhile, thousands of neglected wives and girlfriends became bored and decided to find some fun of their own. Leading UK married dating website lllicitEncounters.com, with nearly 800,000 members, saw a 62% rise in females logging on to the site on Saturday and a 70% increase in the number of new females joining the site.

Rosie Freeman-Jones added “Illicit Encounters sees a spike like this in women’s activity every year around this time. Women feel neglected as men put football first and spend a lot of time with their male friends watching the games. Consequently women find something else to fill up their time whilst their men are wrapped up in the match.”

“It’s not just that women have more time, it’s that they feel second best and are often not allowed to get involved with football which is deemed a man’s game. For the women it’s not just about finding something to fill the time: it’s about getting the attention and adoration they deserve from somewhere as it’s not coming from their other halves. In some respects it’s about getting one over the boyfriends and husbands that have been too absorbed in the game to notice”

Men with Scottish, West Country and Cockney accents also faired well, meanwhile the least attractive accent for men was a Manchester accent and women with a Birmingham twang also faired poorly in the poll of UK based accents.

Could Eating Easter Eggs Improve Your Sex Life?

aqmhma5gujznc5jolvwr

It seems there could be additional advantages when giving chocolate eggs to your partner this easter, as a study by leading married dating site IllicitEncounters.com has revealed that 78% of women say that eating high quality dark chocolate helps get them in the mood for lovemaking.

This isn’t a new phenomenon, chocolate has long been thought of as an aphrodisiac by the Aztecs. Montezuma II was noted for consuming vast quantities of the cocoa bean to fuel his lustful appetite for sex. A study conducted by urologists from Milan’s San Raffaele hospital revealed that women who have a daily intake of chocolate showed higher levels of desire than women who did not have this habit. It also showed that chocolate can have a positive physiological impact on a woman’s sexuality.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com Rosie Freeman-Jones said; “The aphrodisiac qualities of chocolate are thought to come from two chemicals contained in it. The first is tryptophan, which is a key part of serotonin, a brain chemical prevalent in sexual arousal. The second is phenylethylamine, a brain stimulant similar to amphetamine, which is released when people develop romantic feelings. The Italian study also indicated that even women who normally had a lower libido reported an increase in their sex drive after consuming chocolate, which was backed up by the female members we spoke to in our research.”

Whilst 78% of the 3000 women surveyed said that dark chocolate increased their sexual appetite, 48% said they would be put off a lover if he bought her a ‘cheap’ box of milk chocolates. One member, Sally, 47 from London said; “Chocolate does get me in the mood, but it has to be high quality dark chocolate. There is something very arousing about the way chocolate melts in your mouth, it is one of the most sensual experiences in my opinion.”

There are other good reasons to spend the weekend nibbling away on some chocolate, recently it has been claimed that dark chocolate has antioxidant properties, that is can reduce blood pressure and could even help you loose weight.

Some researchers believe that chocolates aphrodisiac properties are too small to have any measurable effect on desire. However even if the effects are are psychological, and not physiological it is still a good excuse to invest in some good quality chocolate for your lover this easter.

Working Longer Hours Can Lead To An Affair

pm9gkz5ogtsyfkrpf3c5

Spending more hours in the office is leading to a rise in affairs in the workplace according to a recent study by Notatwork.co.uk and married dating site IllicitEncounters.com. The research revealed that people who regularly worked over 45 hours a week are almost 5 times more likely to embark on an extra marital affair.

It estimated that more than seven million people a year in the UK work unpaid extra hours to hold on to their jobs. The study revealed that employees that regularly do more that 50+ hours a week are those working in the Video games industry, financial sector, medicine, journalism, and the emergency services. With all of them having a much higher than average number of work-based affairs.

The most common reason the respondents gave for working longer hours was that workload has increased in recent years and they fear for their jobs, so they work longer hours to make sure they are secure. The video games industry has long had a reputation of having to work long hours with developers doing 12 to 16 hours a day for three to four months at a time, without extra pay due to the belief if they don’t they will be replaced by younger cheaper talent.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, Mike Taylor, said “Working longer hours without additional pay or benefits can push people into making bad relationship decisions. Workers can find themselves in the office late at night, exhausted and feeling low and take comfort with a co-worker in the same situation, this can then develop as they spend more time with each other than they are with their spouses. Over 54% of all workers admitted that at some-point in their career they have considered engaging in a work-based affair and this study shows the likelihood of them doing so increases exponentially when working hours are increased.”

Unemployment fell to 2.5 million between October and December last year and there are 580,000 more people in work than a year ago, but staff are being squeezed into working longer hours whilst taking home less, with average earnings growth slowing to just 1.4%, below the 2.7% inflation rate.

Employers need to recognise that squeezing more hours out of their workers is counter-productive in more ways than one. It affects their workers’ morale, their physical and mental well being and as this study has shown, can also be detrimental to their personal relationships. None of those is going to be of any long term benefit to any business.

Neglected Spouses Ditch Their Partners On Valentine’s Day For An Affair

wiynizyygrszx3n3lidb

Married people in Sussex have topped the list of the people most likely to ditch their spouses on Valentine’s day. The study done by the UK’s leading married dating site IllicitEncounters.comfound that the residents of Sussex were over 3 times more likely to spend Valentine’s day with their extra-marital lover or mistress than their husband or wife.

The study into Valentine’s day romance also discovered that having been disappointed or overlooked during previous Valentine’s days and anniversaries, dissatisfied married people are pre-emptively signing up to look for a new lover for February 14th rather than just waiting to be disappointed again.

The weekend before Valentine’s day saw a large increase in traffic visiting the site and thousands of new members joining the site looking for a date on Valentine’s day after it apparently became clear that a romantic meal or weekend away was not going to happen.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com Rosie Freeman-Jones said: “Every year we see a surge in the rate of signups shortly after Valentine’s day, however this year we are seeing people who are joining in advance to try and find someone they can spend a romantic night with, rather than just waiting to be let down again as they have in the past. This has been a hot topic on ourletters page with members writing about their plans over the romantic day one member Joshua wrote in to say that he is ‘not going to allow this year’s Valentine’s Day be another miserable reminder of what is and what once was’ and that he is going to proactively look for a date this year. This has gained a lot of sympathy, as well as offers of dates, from other members who have commented on the letter and are in a similar situation.”

The counties containing the married couples least likely to stray from their partner on Valentine’s day are Hampshire, Devon, Cardiff and Bristol, these couples are the most likely to spend the night with their other half and delay seeing their bit on the side until after Valentine’s day.

Rosie added “This should be a cautionary tale to those people who have taken their other halves for granted, that they could be actively looking for romance elsewhere! Also it should offer some comfort to people that if the romance has gone from their relationship, they are not alone in that situation.”

The study also revealed that both men and women where likely to spend almost twice as much on gifts for their secret tryst than their husband or wife, with popular gifts being perfume, trips abroad, champagne or high end electronic goods as offerings to help seduce a new lover.

Is It Time For A More Progressive Pope?

tpdori8grkdf08uxyvlt

In an announcement today the Vatican said Pope Benedict XVI would resign as head of the Catholic Church at the end of this month. Pope Benedict XVI took charge of the Catholic Church during difficult times but has stood stedfast with his hard line defence of fundamental Christian values in the face of what he had described as moral decline across much of Europe. Despite this hardline approach and unwavering conservatism during his papacy Catholics have become the most adulterous religious group in the England and Wales according to research conducted by the UK’s leading marital dating site IllicitEncounters.com

The number of Catholics actively looking for affairs according to the research done by IllicitEncounters.com was almost twice that of other religious groups. The study showed that 21.5% of the 750,000 members on the extra-marital dating site were Catholic, a shockingly high figure since Roman Catholics make up just 10% of the UK population (YouGov & Cambridge University figures).

A Vatican spokesman said that Pope Benedict XVI has taken the decision to retire “aware of great problems the Church faces today”. One of which will undoubtedly be the continuing liberal moral shift, which during the 1960’s had driven him to become a theological conservative, taking uncompromising positions on homosexuality, adultery, women priests and contraception.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com Rosie Freeman-Jones says: “Catholics under Pope Benedict XVI have had a very conservative and uncompromising head of Church, this has had the effect of instilling a sanctity of marriage amongst a generation who are more liberal, leading to a trade off if they become unhappy in the relationship, staying married but having extra-marital affairs.”

It is unclear who will take the papacy after Benedict XVI but a progressive and liberal Pope maybe able to help reunite the Church and curb the falling numbers of Catholics. As it is clear people are becoming more likely to seek a relationship outside of marriage despite religious condemnation.

Whether that’s the occasional bit of flirtatious chat, a regular coffee date, or a full-blown affair, that’s up to them.
