Are we fated to cheat? IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s top extramarital dating site, analysed data of 120,000 of it’s married members and found that certain astrological signs are more likely to stray than others. 

Disloyal Libra’s are the most likely to have an affair, winning top cheating star sign of 2020, with a whopping 16% of adulterers belonging to this astrological sign.

Two-faced Geminis come in at a close second with 14%, followed by cheating Capricorns third with 12%.

Looking for commitment? Look no further than the steadfast Scorpio, the most faithful star sign of the zodiac with only 3% of Scorpios cheating – they’re a safe bet for monogamy. 

Other star signs less likely to cheat are Aquarius 4% and Sagittarius 4%

Although the archer belongs to one of the most faithful, the same can’t be said for their partners. A further 1200 members were asked what star sign their spouse belonged to, and found that a mammoth 13% of adulterers are married to a Sagittarius. 

Michaela a Libra using the site said “I first cheated on my husband, with a work colleague, at a Christmas party five years ago. It was such a rush, having this dirty little secret.

Nowadays I only cheat with married men – that way you both stand to lose a lot, and are less likely to get caught. I’m never going to leave my husband, but I just can’t help that I am much more adventurous and need more sex then he does.”

Cecilia a Gemini using the site said “I have always felt that monogamous relationships are a thing of the past. Me and my husband both date other people, but we are each other’s primary relationship. We absolutely adore each other, and would never leave our marriage – but we both feel that variety is important in life.”

You heard it from the horse’s mouth! There’s no better judge on who falls under the Strictly curse next, than the cheaters themselves, it takes one to know one.

First place goes to GMB presenter and married mother of two, Ranvir Singh, and dance partner Giovanni Pernice with an overwhelming 40% of the vote. In a recent interview with Piers Morgan, Ranvir denied any strictly curse rumours – it’s safe to say we’re not convinced. The pair’s chemistry on stage is undeniable – that argentinian tango last week, and the near kiss at the end, set pulses racing.

Second place is Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing and dance partner Karen Hauer (29%). Nobody believes Jamie is set to propose to his girlfriend MIC co-star Sophie Habboo, that he shares a flat with.  I’m not buying him and dance partner Karen’s ‘sibling-like’ relationship, the two are overly playful, and playfulness plus adult fun are one and the same. Karen Hauer invited to the Laings for Christmas? More like cheat-mas!

Eastenders’ Maise Smith and dance partner Gorka Márquez make it in the top three with 12%, although rumours of a romance between her and HRVY are ripe – both young and unattached, we think they’d make a cute couple.

The pair least likely to have an affair are comedian Bill Bailey and dance partner Oti Mabuse (2%), great news for their spouses.

The 2000 respondents in the poll, split equally between men and women, were then asked on who is the sexiest out of all the 2020 Strictly contestants. 

In the women’s category, Ranvir Singh (17%) comes in first place as the sexiest Strictly contestant, who is effortlessly taking the country by storm. We simply cannot get enough of ravishing Ranvir.

Second place as voted by men is professional dancer Katya Jones (15%). Katya was famously unfaithful in the 2018 Strictly series, when she shared a passionate kiss with dance partner comedian Seann Walsh on a night out. To rub salt in the wound – the night it happened was Seann’s, then girlfriends, Rebecca Humphries birthday, ouch. Still, our men adore Katya, she’s exciting, rebellious, with a certain je ne sais quoi.

Eastenders fan favourite Maise Smith comes in third place with a respectful 13%.

First place in the men’s category is Jamie Laing with a whopping 23% of the vote. Unsurprising, Jamie Laing is cheeky, charming and has a cracking sense of humour, features women find irresistable.

Second and third place as voted by women are professional dancers Anton du Beke (21%) and Aljaž Skorjanec (13%).

Men find former home secretary and labour MP Jacqui Smith (1%) least sexy. Bless Jacqui, she’s absolutely lovely, but there just isn’t much sex appeal in politics.

Women find comedian Bill Bailey (2%) the least sexy.

Politics has become a bit of a laughing stock in recent times, with nobody quite sure what is going on, one u-turn after another, after another. At least one thing’s for certain and that’s who is crowned sexiest politician in the UK 2020.

The recent survey was conducted with 2000 adulterers on IllicitEncounters.com, the U.K’s leading dating website for married people. Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, Jessica Leoni has compiled and commented on the results below:

In the men’s category, Rishi Sunak has been voted the number one sexy politician of the year with over a quarter of the vote (26%). Nicknamed Dishy Rishi for his ongoing financial support of the public and businesses and coming up with novel ideas to kick start the economy. Our Chancellor is confident and decisive which exudes sex appeal, coming in first place puts him in the lead as potential next Prime Minister in our eyes.

Keir Stamer, the leader of the Labour party comes in second place (21%).

Third place goes to Conservative backbencher, Tobias Ellwood (18%). Ex-army captain in the The Royal Green Jackets, he has that military man vibe – strong, powerful and protective. A man in uniform – simply irresistible. Not only that, but he was hailed a hero for his bravery in the 2017 Westminster Bridge terrorist attack.

Conservative’s Dominic Rab comes in 4th place (13%), with rising star James Cleverly, also Conservative, taking the fifth spot (7%).

Lastly, Labour’s Ed Milliband is in 6th place (6%). A familiar face in politics and loser of the 2015 election, the public still appear to have a soft spot for this bacon sandwich munching politician.

In the female category, number one sexiest politician goes to Labour’s Lisa Nandy (24%). She is genuine, kind and sports a girl next door look which men find extremely appealing.

Labour’s Rosena Allin-Khan comes in at a respectable second place (20%). Rosena has won the hearts of the public recently with her work in St Georges Hospital in Tooting, putting in 12 hour shifts since the start of Covid-19, alongside her duties as an MP and shadow minister. 

Liz Kendall, Labour’s recently promoted shadow minister for social care comes in 3rd (18%) Previously linked with dating Taskmaster and Inbetweeners star Greg Davies.

Dawn Butler, a Labour party politician, comes in 4th place (16%), followed by Conservative Ester McVey in the 5th spot (12%).

Nicola Sturgeon, first minister of Scotland and leader of the Scottish National party makes 6th (4%) sexiest female politician overall. Scotland’s female braveheart, Nicola Sturgeon is a passionate and dedicated leader, caring more about the people than the economy. 

Participants of the survey were asked to vote for their least sexy politicians. Least sexy male politician goes to controversial Conservative Michael Gove (23%), the latest politician to have a puppet designed after them in the satirical show spitting image. Michael Gove contended that he is ‘incredibly flattered’ by his puppet version of himself in a news interview, though we cannot imagine what is so flattering about a face made out of genitals.

Conservative’s Matt Hancock, our Secretary of State for Health and Social Care comes in at second place (20%) for least sexy male politician. With his terrible handling of the coronavirus outbreak, his fanbase has not only diminished but he has become rather disliked, even an NHS executive has called him out saying “I have never seen such an empty vessel as a cabinet minister”.*

In third place comes Jeremy Corbyn (18%) – although his anti-semitic behaviour alone puts him number one in our minds.

Boris Johnson comes in at 4th place (14%).The public have lost confidence in our Prime Minister, after countless u-turns amidst the pandemic. Last year Boris was voted most bedable politician with a whopping 47% of people agreeing, now the UK has done a u-turn on Boris.

Nigel Farage, who has recently relaunched the Brexit party as Reform UK comes in 5th place (13%), followed by Liberal Democrat Tim Farron in 6th place (9%) overall.

In the female category, least sexy politician award goes to Theresa May (30%) – say no more. 

DUP’s Arlene Foster comes in second (22%) and in third (17%) is the shadow chancellor Anneliese Dodds, Rishi she will never be.

4th place (11%) least sexy female politician goes to our Home Secretary, Priti Patel, who famously suggested building an asylum processing centre on Ascension Island, a 9 hour flight away. I’ll just leave this one here to sink in.

5th least sexy female goes to Labour’s Angela Rayner (9%), followed by Diane Abott, also Labour, in 6th place (7%).

Can you spot a cheat by their first name? Turns out if your spouse is called Michael or Lisa – it’s best to keep an eye! These names are the UK’s most unfaithful.

IllicitEncounters.com the UK’s largest extra-marital dating site polled 3400 of its members for their first name, and discovered that there are names that are more likely to stray than others. 

Michael is the number one adulterous mens name of 2020, followed by David and Matthew.

For women, Lisa’s are the biggest cheats, with Elizabeth in close second, and Michelle in third place.

Tall Men are More Likely to Cheat!

* 6ft 1” is the height most likely to be unfaithful, as well as the height that women find most attractive in a man
* Men who are 5ft 2” and under are the most faithful in Britain
* 79% of women said that they would not date someone who was shorter than them
* The findings come from IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people

Size really does matter when looking for a faithful partner. Evidence suggests that there is a connection between a man’s height and the likelihood of them having an affair. 

IllicitEncounters.com surveyed 4000 male members and found that those 5ft 10” and over are nearly twice as likely to cheat than their shorter counterparts.

The most common height for adulterous men is 6ft 1” with nearly a quarter of men in this category (23%)

No men in the sample were shorter than 5ft 3”, making 5ft 2” and under the most faithful height in the UK.

Only 32% of male love rats are between 5ft 3” and 5ft 9”.

The results of the study also correlate with various celebrity cheats, Dominic West, Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Tiger Woods and Arnold Schwarzenegger all 6 foot and over.

An additional 800 women were surveyed on whether they believe height to be a factor of a man’s dateability, with 79% of women agreeing they would not date a man shorter than them.

The majority of women agreed that 6ft 1” is the sexiest height on a man (37%).

Let’s face it, we’re all looking for Mr.Tall, Dark and Handsome, married or not! Of course if Mr.Tall gets more attention from women he is then more likely to cheat. Height also gives men confidence which is an attribute that women find irresistible.

Short men on the other hand are at risk of developing a Napoleon complex – where they make up for their physical shortcomings with an overly assertive personality, not the sexiest quality. Not living up to the traditional gender norms can totally emasculate a man, no wonder shorter men are sticking to monogamy.”

Cheating Soars As Schools Reopen

IllicitEncounters.com the UK’s leading married dating site has seen a 32% spike in the first week of September, as parents of kids returning to school desperate to find an affair partner.

Women account for 70% of new registrations in the first week of September.

44% increase in activity on the website, as parents rush to exchange messages to set themselves up with a date, now there are less childcare commitments.

IllicitEncounters.com surveyed 400 of its members who have all had their kids return to school in the last week and found that 27% have cheated in the last 7 days – immediately after the school run.

Another 22% of parents have enjoyed some extracurricular fun once they’ve dropped the kids back home with their husband or wife.

Only 31% have not yet embarked on a physical affair in the last week.

Olive, a mother using IllicitEncounters.com said “This has been literally the least pleasurable and longest summer on record. Homeschooling, virtual lessons, trying to occupy the kids while practically everything is closed. There’s been no break, no holidays abroad, just childcare, homecare and hell. I have never wanted kids to go back to school more in my life. I have been desperate to have an affair since March!”

Charlotte another member on the site said “Not only have I had to entertain the kids for months on end, but my husband has also been WFH – I have barely had a minute alone all summer. I started having an affair in January, that got cut short because of covid. Months of longing and anticipation, I’m finally seeing him this week after I drop the kids off to school!”

Can you be attracted to someone by the sound of their voice? Extramarital dating site IllicitEncounters.com has set tongues wagging in Britain as the public cast their vote on the most attractive accents.

A German accent is the most desirable accent on a woman, as voted by men. Second place is an Irish accent, and third place is French.

A Scottich accent is the sexiest accent on a man, as voted by women. Second place is South African, and third place is Irish.

72% of respondents agreed that Americans have the most undesirable accents in the world.

79% of people agree that accents play a major part in a person’s datability.

800 members were surveyed on married dating site IllicitEncounters.com and found that 3 in 5 are using an alias to get into restaurants, bars and hotels.
 
92% of people agree that track and trace is an invasion of privacy.

Only 48% of us think the government’s response to covid is going well.

72% of love rats in the UK feel no remorse for cheating on their partners.

Relationships are Unhappier Since Pandemic

What the numbers show

 * 23% increase in marriage breakdowns amidst the pandemic
* 71% of people agree coronavirus has made their relationship worse
* Women are twice as likely than men to demand a break up
* Study conducted by IllicitEncounters.com the UK’s largest extramarital dating site

IllicitEncounters.com has seen a 23% increase of members changing their status from Married to Separated between the months of May and July compared to the same time last year.

It is unsurprising that more women than men changed their status to separated, with another study by a law form concluding two thirds of all divorces are initiated by women*

A further 800 members of the website were surveyed and staggering 71% of those agree they are less happy in their relationship as a direct result of coronavirus, suggesting that marriages have become toxic and unbearable in the lockdown. 

Those who agreed covid-19 has made their relationships worse, were asked what they are planning to do to improve their relationship satisfaction, with 42% admitting they hope an affair will make their marriage happier, and a further 22% are simply sticking around to see if things improve.

Kelsey, a member on IllicitEncounters.com said “We argue at the best of times, but covid has made our arguments worse. We can’t escape and let off some steam, I never realised till now how important that is. I don’t know how much more of this I can take.”

 Frank, another member on the site said “If it wasn’t for covid I’d have no reason to leave my wife, but the lockdown has opened my eyes to a lot of our relationship issues, issues I’ve ignored or buried in the past. It’s weird breaking up during a pandemic, but I think it’s a good thing.”

You’re Caught! The Top Ten Apps that Bust Affairs!

What the numbers show

* Apple users most likely to get caught cheating
* Second and third place are Facebook and Whatsapp apps 
* Adulterers have even been caught cheating by smart speaker Alexa
* Survey conducted by IllicitEncounters.com the UK’s largest extramarital dating site

IllicitEncounters.com surveyed 500 of it’s female members who have previously caught their husbands cheating on apps!

Turns out you’re most likely to get caught cheating via iMessage (23%), followed by Facebook (18%) and Whatsapp (14%).

Shockingly there’s even a chance you can get caught cheating by your smart speaker, with a handful of affairs busted by Alexa (1%).

iMessage
Apple users beware – the top app to bust affairs is the iphone’s iMessage app – which is often linked to multiple devices such as ipads, laptops or even apple tv. Apple fans need to take note of where their messages are going to – and how easily these can be accessed. 23% of women have caught their partners cheating via iMessage.

Facebook 
Facebook is a minefield for infidelity, with 18% of women catching their husbands out via Facebook. Leaving your Facebook logged in and unattended can be a grave mistake around suspicious partners. This type of infidelity is opportunistic and convenient – and more often than not is with somebody you already know. 52% of women who caught their partners cheating on Facebook admitted to personally knowing their husband’s lover.

Whatsapp
Whatsapp may seem like a good place to have illicit chats – keeping conversations segregated from your normal mobile text messages, however, a whopping 14% of women have caught their partner cheating this way. If you don’t securely password protect your phone or switch off notifications and hide your apps – a quick Whatsapp stalk and any naughty messages can easily be discovered. 

Tinder
Tinder is the obvious app to catch a cheat, with 13% of affairs being busted by Tinder – having this app on your phone when you’re in a committed relationship is a cause for concern. Perhaps a smaller number of people get caught this way because they hide the app well in secret folders and have good password security on their phones.

Instagram
Adultery on instagram is ripe, with 11% getting caught this way. Not only is it easy to spot when your partner has been liking other womens pictures, it has an inbuilt chat interface that can get you in trouble. A favourite of a younger demographic, more than half of the women who discovered their husbands illicit antics on instagram are under 35 years old.

Zoom
A number of philanderers have had their love affairs exposed while on a Zoom call! 

Zoom, a popular video app, has seen a peak of registrations since lockdown, with many companies utilising Zoom for work meetings. We recommend Zoom for work, not pleasure, as 7% of cheating men have been caught this way.

Snapchat
Messages on snapchat may seem discrete, one minute they are there, next minute they are gone! Snapchat allows users to send pictures or videos which once viewed will self-destruct and disappear off your phone forever – that is, unless you screen grab them. Some husbands just can’t help themselves, and several wives have found shots of ladies on their phones from snapchat. 

Snapchat also has a snap maps feature that can track your partners location, another sure fire way to catch them cheating. You can even check who your partner has been snapchatting with the most with friends’ emojis – if it’s regularly with an unfamiliar lady this is sure to set off alarm bells. 6% of affairs have been busted by snapchat.

Find my friends
Find my friends is a tracking app – used to easily locate your friends or family. A favorite for parents wanting to keep tabs on their teenage kids, it’s also one of the top apps for finding cheating husbands. 4% of men have actually been caught in the act this way.

Kik
Kik is the favorite app for adultery, a previous study on IllicitEncounters.com confirmed that over half of users (57%) have downloaded Kik to chat to their lovers. Surprisingly only 3% of men have been caught cheating on Kik by their wives. 

Alexa
Alexa has made our lives easier in many ways, with voice activated technology allowing us to play music, movies, order a take away and even turn the lights on. Now, Alexa can go one step further and uncover a love rat! A wife can see what calls have been made directly through Alexa, a call search can quickly reveal the phone number of their husbands’ mistress.

Alexa has another unique way of revealing an affair, one woman discovered her spouse’s infidelity by playing back audio recordings through Alexa, and hearing her husband’s lover giving voice commands in the recordings. 1% of wives have uncovered adultery through Alexa, low chance of getting caught this way, but possible nonetheless.

It’s recommended to stick to more discrete ways of communicating, password protect or hide apps and use aliases for your lovers instead of their real names..

If you want to have an affair it’s also best to keep it off social media – friending your lover online is way too conspicuous.”
