Women who love yoga cheat on their husbands

What the numbers show

–  More than half of female cheats go to yoga, and it’s not to lose weight
–  Running scores second place for top fitness hobby
–  Women confess that yoga has improved their sex lives
–  Research conducted by married-dating website IllicitEncounters.com, shows that cyclists and
swimmers are the least likely to cheat

Leading dating site for married people IllicitEncounters.com surveyed 2000 of its female members
asking if they took up a sport or hobby for a minimum of 2 hours per week since embarking on an
affair. 1168 polled said yes, and over half of those chose to take up yoga.

78% of women who go to yoga also admit that the hobby has improved their sex life.

Running came second place with 20% and tennis with a respectable 14%.

The findings also indicated that women were far less likely to take up cycling (2%) or swimming (3%).

The research by IllicitEncounters.com found that the most popular reason for taking up a new sport
or hobby was to try something new (26%) and to build confidence (21%).
Stress relief came in at only 6% and getting fit or losing weight came second to last reason with only
8% of the vote.

Saskia a female member on IllicitEncounters.com “I needed more excuses to get out of the house
and spend less time with my husband. One day a work colleague suggested we try yoga, I wasn’t
expecting to enjoy it, least of all become a full-blown yogi. Yoga has changed my life – it promotes
mindfulness, reduces stress, helps strengthen your core and develops your mental and spiritual
growth.

Yoga makes you feel better about yourself. I have a lover; he’s interested in meditation. Sometimes
we go to the park and teach each other breathing techniques and yoga postures. Yoga will make you
stronger and more flexible than you can imagine, and the sex; let’s just say, there’s a whole new
meaning to downward facing dog”

Monica another female member said “I must admit I didn’t realise my affair coincided with me
starting yoga until now. My affair has been life changing, but I was still craving more. I’ve found that
I needed an entire lifestyle overhaul.

I’ve not only just taken up yoga, I’ve also become vegan, and I’ve even started painting again – which
is something I used to really enjoy. My life was so unbalanced. I was giving all of myself to my
husband and family, so much so that I completely lost who I am. It’s a little bit like the change you
seek when you go through a breakup – I don’t know who I am anymore! Then you go through this
metamorphosis and blossom into a whole new person.”

Expert comment from Jessica Leoni

lllicitEncounters.com sex and relationship expert Jessica Leoni said: “An affair gives you that honey-
moon buzz that begins to fade from a long-term marriage. That buzz is the catalyst to self-
improvement; wanting to try new things, build confidence and make new friends. Dating someone
new brings out our adventurous side.

Women are taking up yoga to continue to boost their self-esteem after rebuilding their confidence
through an affair. I’m not at all shocked that swimming and cycling is bottom of the list, these sports
are lonely and not sexy – you would engage in these sports to lose weight only. Whereas yoga and
sex go hand in hand, add a partner into the mix and what do we have? The Kamasutra. Namaste.”

Sport or hobby taken up by female love cheats
Yoga 52%
Running 20%
Tennis 14%
Going Gym 7%
Swimming 3%
Cycling 2%
Other 2%
What is your reason for starting a new sport or hobby?
To try something new 26%
To build confidence 21%
To meet new people 17%
To spend less time with my husband 12%
Influenced by my lover 10%
To get fit or lose weight 8%
Stress relief 6%

Brace yourself for the sexiest day of the year tomorrow (Saturday, July 27)

What the numbers show

* More couples will be having sex between 10pm-11pm tomorrow than any other time in 2019

* Cheating also peaks in July, according to the analysis of Britain’s bedroom habits by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating site for married people

Researchers have pinpointed tomorrow (Saturday, July 27th) as the sexiest day of 2019.

From 10pm to 11pm sexual activity will peak in the UK with more couples having sex than any other time of the year.

Analysis of Britons’ bedroom habits shows the conditions are perfect for passion due to the combination of the time, day, date and month.

Sexual activity in the UK peaks in the summer months every year – with the most sex in July, followed by August and June.

That is because the sun is an aphrodisiac and we naturally feel happier and more positive because the weather is warmer and we wear fewer clothes.

Saturday is by far the most popular day of the week for couples to have sex, followed by Fridays and Sundays.

And sex always peaks on the last Saturday of the month because it follows the most popular payday for companies which is the last Friday.

We are more likely to go out and celebrate with our partners with money in our pockets – and sex typically follows a night out together.

The most popular time for couples to have sex is between 10pm and 11pm at night.

This week is also the most popular for holidays in the UK and three-quarters of couples (74%) say they have sex more frequently when they are away.

The analysis of Britain’s bedroom habits was carried out by IllicitEncounters.com, the dating site for married people.

It looked at the most common times to have sex of 2,000 people, split evenly amongst the sexes.

The results also showed that July was one of the most popular months for cheating because adultery levels always rise in the summer months when more people are socialising.

How to have a really smart sex live – a third of couples have filmed themselves having sex on their phones, according to a new survey

* 52% of us swap steamy pictures with our partners as a form of foreplay;
* Three-quarters of those surveyed said they had answered their phone while engaged in sex;
* People cheating on their partners are more likely to engage in phone sex with lovers than their regular spouse;
* The results were revealed in a new survey of 1,000 people showing how smartphones are impacting on our sex lives by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating site for married people

What the numbers show

A third of couples have filmed themselves having a sex on their phones, according to a new survey.

And more than half of couples (52%) have exchanged steamy pictures of each other as a form of foreplay.

Three-quarters of those surveyed said they have used their phone to enhance their sex lives either by making images or viewing erotic footage.

More than a quarter of respondents had answered their phone while engaged in sex.

And just less than a fifth (18%) had made a call while getting amorous.

A fifth have stripped off or enjoyed sex play while talking to their partner on Facetime.

The results were revealed in a new survey of 1,000 people showing how smartphones are impacting on our sex lives by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating site for married people.

It found that people having affairs were even more likely to use their phones for sex.

Four out of ten people cheating on their partners have filmed themselves having sex with their lovers.

And six out of ten have swapped erotic images.

The survey found that people being unfaithful were more likely to indulge in sex play on their phones with their lover than they would with their regular spouse.

Two-thirds of respondents said that their smartphones had made it easier for them to having an affair because of the opportunities it presented to meet new partners and interact with them behind the backs of their partners.

Expert comment from Jessica Leoni

IllicitEncounters.com spokesman Christian Grant said:

“What this new research shows is that smartphones are fundamentally changing our sex lives. We are using them to spice up sex, filming home-made erotic movies and to meet new people or cheat on our existing partners.”

“It’s an exciting development and is allowing lots of people stuck in stifling relationships to branch out and inject added excitement into their lives.”

New Poll Reveals the Real Reasons Women Cheat

The key findings

  • Results are from a new survey of 2,000 female adulterers by IllicitEncounters.com
  • The majority of women polled are seeking an adventure, with 41% stating that is the sole reason they stray from their marriages.
  • Lack of sex at home ranked second with 34% of respondents claiming they had no physical relationship with their husbands.
  • 19% of the women polled stated that they feel unappreciated at home.
  • 98% of women having an affair do not want to leave their partner.
  • One third of women polled have no physical relationship at home.

Have you ever been curious to know what could lead your lady astray? More women than ever are cheating, or willing to admit that they are cheating. Why the sudden shift in attitude toward infidelity?

What the numbers show

The summer poll of 2,000 women who use IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people has given an insight into some of the key factors and reasons why women cheat.

Is your wife living the same routine day in and day out? You could be complicit in creating the perfect environment to push her into a secret lovers arms. Of the responders almost half (41%) of the women polled were eager to break their routine and have an exciting extramarital adventure.

The curse of bedroom boredom, one in three reported having no physical relationship at home, and long for physical intimacy. This extends beyond just sex, the survey found that typically, women who fell into this category indicated in their profiles a desire for nonsexual physical fulfilment as well, for example cuddling and holding hands.

Doing the dishes once a week isn’t going to cut it anymore, just under a fifth (19%) of women feel unappreciated at home.

Most shocking was the revelation that  98% of the women indicated that they did not wish to leave their partner, with many of them claiming to have otherwise good relationships with their husbands!

Top reasons women cheat – ranked

  1. I want some adventure in my life (41%)
  2. I have no physical relationship at home (34%)
  3. I don’t feel appreciated at home (19%)
  4. I want to leave my partner (2%)
  5. I don’t want a full time relationship (2%)
  6. I was living with a gay husband (1%)
  7. My husband is disabled (1%)

Experienced adulteress Samantha James (56) told us: “After having kids, and making a home, and doing all the things I was supposed to do, I felt stagnant, living as though I was already dead. I needed something that was just for me, new and exciting and that’s what I got from my first affair, and every one after.”

Illicit Encounters spokesperson Christian Grant explains:

“The data we’ve seen from this poll has been very consistent, in today’s age women are feeling more entitled to behaviour that has long been accepted as a male prerogative.”

“ What has been very surprising is how many women say they are still very much in love with their husbands, but their needs in some way or another are not being met in their marriage”

“Affairs are no longer viewed as some seedy transgression, but as a creative act, a protest against what for many women is an oppressive and suffocating institution.”

Two-thirds of people having affairs carry on having sex with their regular partners, according to a new survey

* Four in ten cheats (41%) say they have MORE sex with their spouses because the excitement of the affair heightens their sex drive;
* 74% of adulterers said the sex was better with their lover than their spouse;
* The results are from a new survey of 1,000 adulterers by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating site for married people

What the numbers show

Two-thirds of people having affairs carry on having sex with their regular partners, according to a new survey.

Four in ten cheats (41%) say they make love to their spouses more often because the excitement of the affairs heightens their sex drive.

A third (33%) were keen to maintain the regular sexual routine at home so as not to raise suspicion.

Only a fifth of adulterers (22%) tell their lovers that they are continuing to have sex at home.

The results are revealed in a new survey of 1,000 adulterers by IllicitEncounters.com, Britain’s leading dating site for married people.

It found that 64% of adulterers kept up the same sexual routine with their partners at home.

A fifth (21%) had less sex with their spouses because of the affair, but only 15% abstained from sex at home altogether.

Of those 15%, most had stopped having sex with their spouses even before the affair had started.

Women are more likely than men to maintain sexual relations with their spouse to cover up their cheating.

Seven out of ten women (69%) continue to have sex with their husbands while cheating.

Slightly fewer men (63%) still make love to their wives while also sleeping with their lover.

Three-quarters of respondents (74%) said that sex with their lover was better than with their regular partner.

And two-thirds (62%) said they tried more adventurous sex with their lovers when they went to bed.

Expert comment from Jessica Leoni

IllicitEncounters.com spokesman Christian Grant said:
“What this new research shows is that people start having affairs to add some excitement to their lives.
They are almost certainly still having sex with their spouses but it has become a little dull and routine. The excitement of the affairs makes them betters lovers – not just with the person they are cheating with but with their spouse at home.”

“An affair can actually reinvigorate a marriage by making people reassess their behaviour and address long-standing issues with their partners.”

Scientists Reveal That Chocolate Makes You More Likely to Cheat Than Anything Else

  • Chocolate is the single biggest catalyst for an affair, it’s been revealed
  • 100 people over a period of a year adopted a diet that was heavily based around chocolate
  • Over 85% reported a “significant” increase in their libido, with 78% stating that they would be “likely” or “very likely” to cheat on their partner as a result
  • A natural aphrodisiac, it contains ryptophan, a brain chemical that’s prevalent in sexual arousal, and phenylethylamine, a brain stimulant that’s released when people develop romantic feelings
  • Recent studies have also shown that UK and Germany are the 4th and 2nd biggest consumers of chocolate in the world,  and, as a result, the 9th and 4th most adulterous countries on the planet
  • llicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people, also surveyed 300 of its members and found that 35% of them used chocolate in an erotic fashion, while over half would like to

Scientists have finally identified the single biggest catalyst that makes someone more likely to have an affair, and it is, in fact, chocolate.

100 people over a period of a year adopted a diet that was heavily based around chocolate, as renowned scientist, Dr Gertcha, explains:

“While we typically think of foods such as oysters to be natural aphrodisiacs, we rarely mention chocolate.

“That’s despite the fact that we’ve known for some years that those that are more hedonistic in their lifestyle also enjoy chocolate.

“Chocolate contains in it chemicals that leave us more prone to an affair: Tryptophan, a brain chemical that’s prevalent in sexual arousal, and phenylethylamine, a brain stimulant that’s often referred to as a ‘love-drug’. The latter is released when people develop romantic feelings and that, along with tryptophan, are both predominately found in chocolate.

“They appear in varying quantities, however. For example, the tests we conducted found that a Mars Bar seemed to have a more potent effect, with people reporting an increased libido twice as much as those who mainly consumed Milky Way, for example.

“The overall findings, however, were clear: over 85% of the 100 case studies reported a “significant” increase in their libido, with 78% stating that they would be ‘likely’ or ‘very likely’ to cheat on their partner as a result.”

Recent studies corroborate with this data, as we know that both the UK and Germany are among the biggest consumers of chocolate in the world – 4th and 2nd respectively – and, unsurprisingly, they’re among the biggest cheats in the world, too, with the UK being the 9th most adulterous and Germany the 4th most adulterous country on the planet.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, also notices an alarming spike in the number of people signing up to the site every Easter, the time where we as a nation are more likely to consume chocolate than any other point throughout the year.

The site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, commented:

“Every year without fail, we see an abnormal amount of people signing up to the site around Easter. While we initially dismissed this as an anomaly, there’s too much evidence that points toward our increased consumption of chocolate around this time of year as the culprit.

“While chocolate is evidently a natural aphrodisiac, it’s also commonly used by those who are looking to experiment in the bedroom, and a lack of an enthralling sex life is one of the main reasons our members are looking to have an affair to begin with.”

In fact, the site surveyed 300 of its members and found that 35% of them used chocolate in an erotic fashion, while over half (53%) would like to.

Of that 35%, over half said that spreading chocolate on their partner’s knee, ear lobe and chest made them more aroused, while a third said that they couldn’t resist licking chocolate off of any body part.

“Who doesn’t love a good knee?” said Grant.

“Spread some Nutella on a bare kneecap and you’ll make any man weak at the, well, knees.”
