Dancing in the dark – how you can tell if a couple are having an affair from the way they move on the dancefloor

d6ei667gmmbsk5y8r18b

New research released today shows that people can tell if a couple are sleeping with each other by the way they dance. 78% of the 1,200 people surveyed on IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s biggest extramarital dating website, said dancing is the most sensual form of interaction, and most legible to people who are observing.

Close facing body language, smirking and mirrored movements are the top three tell-signs of people having affairs, according to 936 of the people surveyed.

“The way someone dances reflects the way they are in bed,” said Claire Page, spokesperson for Illicit Encounters, “when someone’s dancing, their body language is heightened so if someone’s sleeping with another person on the dancefloor, the way they move around each other is a big give-away.

“Even the most discrete affairs have tell-tale signs when people are sleeping with each other, like if they’re making a lot of eye contact while they dance, suggesting they’re thinking of the other person while they grind, roll their hips or even sway tenderly from side to side. In the UK, people only take to the dancefloor once they’ve had a few drinks and inhibitions are removed, so it’s no wonder people are easier to read when they’re dancing.

“Movies like Dirty Dancing, Flashdance, Footloose, Honey and Step Up have all inspired us to express ourselves through dance. Often, people can better express themselves through movement than through words.”

Marriage with bite: Dog lovers are most likely to be faithful!

byoxmm8t4c5m8jsk0azu

Marriage is made to last when it has its ruff stages, as research released today showed that those who own pedigree dogs are least likely to stray.

New research conducted by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s top married dating site with 1 million members, showed that of the 1,000 people in the UK surveyed, all of whom are having affairs, only 18.4% of them are dog owners. 816 of the 1,000 surveyed did not own dogs, did not have pets or else owned other animals, such as cats, hamsters, goldfish, snakes, guinea pigs, rabbits or budgies.

“There are many different reasons people have affairs,” Claire Page, spokesperson for Illicit Encounters said, “Some people do it for companionship. Others do it because their partner travels often and they feel lonely, or because they think their partner is also having an affair so they feel it’s only fair. People want to feel adored, loved, important, valued, treasured, listened to, thrilled, or in control. An affair is not as black and white as some people think. That’s a prejudice and naïve way to look at it. What’s very interesting is the statistic from our latest survey – the fact that dog owners are the smallest group of people to stray says a lot. It reflects the temper of a dog – loyalty, protectiveness, friendship and affection are all things we associate with canines and people who are faithful.

“That’s not to say that every person who owns a dog won’t have an affair. One of our members is a multimillionaire man who breeds greyhounds. Another one of our clients is a top designer who is having affairs with three different men and owns two Pomeranians.”

Of the 184 dog owners surveyed, the top five breeds were-

  • 1)Doberman
  • 2)Mutt/ mixed breed
  • 3)Shih Tzu
  • 4)Bull terrier
  • 5)French Bulldog

New Year, New You? Women are resolving to make 2015 the year of the Affair!

jxtsy4rr7y0rndwbiykd

The New Year marks a time for change and for thousands of women it marks a time for self-renovation. However in 2015, there has been an unusual growing trend for over 3,500 women across the UK – their New Year’s Resolution is to have an affair!

Research from extra-marital dating site IllicitEncounters.com shows that more and more women are seeking affairs online as a means for self-improvement. Since the beginning of January, the site has gained over 3,500 female members – a record in the site’s 11 year history.

These new female members are looking for short, passionate love affairs, which they hope will restore their self-worth and put their marriage or long-term relationship into perspective.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com Claire Page said, “There has been a clear change in attitudes toward adultery in the last few years, but 2015 indicates something much bigger.

“Women are coming to us with more awareness about their needs than ever before. From their profiles, you can see that our new ladies are looking for something more than just a quick fumble – they are looking for fulfillment, they expect something life-altering.”

Claire said that celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow showing understanding towards people having affairs, rather than just condemning them, is part of a large change in society, in thinking an affair can be beneficial.

Tiffany, 39, from West London, has been a member of the site for just over a week, “My decision to join was made out of frustration. Over Christmas, I spent over 3 weeks confined with my husband, who, after 12 years of marriage, only pays attention to me if I block his view of the television. I want to feel young and sexy again, I want to feel like a better woman. As my partner has made it clear he is incapable of helping me out, I have employed a more drastic measure.”

IllicitEncounters.com have taken on extra staff to deal with the record number of new sign-ups received in the last month, and now have nearly one million members across the UK.

The UK’s Leading extra-marital affairs website IllicitEncounters.comis the UK’s largest and longest running dating site for married people.

Monday the 5th of January is the BIGGEST day of the year for affairs!

babyd4lrmxpfngzbjcf3

Following on from news that Friday the 2nd of January is dubbed ‘Divorce Day’ by the legal community, the UK’s leading married dating website, IllicitEncounters.com, has revealed that Monday 5th January, is the most adulterous day of the year.

When most of the British public goes back to work after a busy and stressful Christmas it makes for the most likely time that UK married couples would embark on an affair.

Statistics show that January is the time most married people either think about embarking on an affair – or splitting from their partner completely, making it Britain’s bleakest month of the year for marriages.

This follows research conducted that shows that 1-3 married people think they may have married the wrong person or for the wrong reason.

Christmas and New Year is a week of family lockdown when there is no excuse for avoiding family time this leads to people seeking extra-marital relationships, which rises significantly after the majority of the British public go back to work.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com Mike Taylor explains: “Christmas and New Year are times when couples spend an intense period of time with each other and their families. This can be quite claustrophobic and sometimes leads to a ‘cabin fever’ situation where both parties feel irritated with each other and underlying problems are exasperated. The 5th of January is typically one of the first days back to work and back to freedom and spouses take this opportunity to explore all the things they couldn’t under the watchful eye of their partner.”

IllicitEncounters.com sees on average a 30 per cent higher levels of activity during the winter months compared with the rest of the year, and this year to attract more female members Illicit Encounters has even released a 2015 calendar to showcase some of its eligible non-bachelors.

Based on previous years, IllicitEncounters.com is expected to see a sharp rise in the number of members joining the site. It is expected that there will be over One Million active UK members, approximately six per cent of the UK’s married population registered on the website by the end of winter.

This year the surge started even earlier with the pressure being too much for some couples, even by Boxing Day as Illicit Encounters reported it’s highest ever boxing day activity on the site showing it doesn’t take long during the festive period for the cracks to appear.

Sales Shopping Is Proving Perfect Cover For Meeting A New Lover

p3cf93di914hfe68c5if

A new survey conducted by the UK’s leading extra marital affairs website IllicitEncounters.com has found that sales shopping is being used as the perfect excuse to cover up meeting with a new fling.

Over 65% of the female members questioned in the survey said they were planning to slip-off to do some sales shopping as an excuses to get away from home, and spend some quality time with their secret squeeze.

It seems it’s not only women who are taking advantage of this as it appears that sales shopping makes the perfect opportunity to get some time away, with the survey revealing that 58% of men plan to use the sales as cover for meeting their mistress.

This year’s sales are expected to be the busiest shopping days of the year and high streets and shopping centers make the perfect location for a first secret date. There are countless coffee shops and bars to meet your new lover and the crowds make the perfect cover for secret liaisons.

Illicit Encounters spokesperson Mike Taylor commented: “Sale shopping looks like it could be the perfect alibi for meeting with your secret tryst, it is a fantastically convenient excuse for some time apart from your partner. The need for this break from your partner is heightened during the stress of the Christmas period, which culminates in the New Year as January 5th has become widely regarded as the busiest day for people to start looking for an affair.

The site has seen a huge uplift in new members joining over the festive period after being featured in lots of magazines in the run up to December and January. The site has also seen a boost in its female members after releasing a 2015 calendar of affair-seeking male members of the site in various states of undress.

The calendar is available to view / buy at www.calandarcheats.com

Notes for editors:

The survey was conducted with 2000 male and female members on the leading marital affairs website IllicitEncounters.com. The site has over 970,000 members in Britain, which is 6% of the UK’s married population.

One in three will get frisky with a co-worker at the Christmas party!

xf9y2omfspqdqotoovqb

The office Christmas party season has arrived and a new study of over 1,500 workers conducted by leading married dating site, IllicitEncounters.com, has revealed a shocking 34% of workers have admitted to sleeping with a co-worker whilst attending their company’s Christmas party.

The study also showed that over 60% had drunkenly kissed someone they work with, and nearly a quarter of people (25%) admitted to calling in sick the next day with a hangover. Possibly clouded by alcohol – 18% made a poor career move and used the Christmas party as an opportunity to tell their boss exactly what they thought of them, while 25% had decided it would be an appropriate time to chat them up, perhaps trying to secure a pay rise or bonus.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com and relationship expert: Mike Taylor said: “When you work with someone day in and day out you can sometimes form close bonds – mix that with the Christmas party environment where alcohol is flowing freely and people become relaxed and uninhibited, that is when you are most likely to make compromising decisions and could do something you end up regretting, like chatting up your boss or even sleeping with a co-worker.

People can forget that there can be long-term ramifications to having a romantic relationship within the work-place. In a recent survey of employers, over 80% admitted that having an office based romance would affect the career prospects of those involved.”

Other activities staff confessed to doing at the Christmas party included 10% who had stripped off, 31% had confessed a secret to someone they wish they hadn’t, and 26% had engaged in some dodgy karaoke. Whilst over half of party goers revealed that they had done something embarrassing and made a fool out of themselves in front of their peers and superiors whilst getting carried away in the festivities.

Is your Partner Looking To Trick Or Cheat This Halloween?

xnskoaccnymqbj23oo9z (1)

Research from the UK’s largest married dating site IllicitEncounters.com has revealed that there are some key warning signs this Halloween to spot if your partner is looking to cheat on you. The research showed that women looking to cheat are far more likely to dress provocatively given the chance. Whilst men seeking an affair are more likely dress as an “attractive movie star” rather than something frightening or something less attractive, with the majority of men either opting for the ‘Top Gun’ or ‘superhero’ look this Halloween in order to enhance their looks.

The survey of 2,000 members of IllicitEncounters.com showed that an overwhelming number of adulteresses felt more comfortable dressing in sexy outfits since joining the site.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, Mike Taylor commented: “Halloween is an opportunity to dress up in an outrageously sexy manner without feeling exposed. Anything from PVC cat suits to a naughty nurse outfit is acceptable over Halloween, and for ladies this means they can show their overtly sexual side, without being questioned by their spouses. As much as they may long to whip out the suspenders and PVC on a regular Friday night, their husbands would surely question their motivation, whereas their lovers would relish the show. Halloween allows a little bit of freedom and the chance to be more daring and liberated.”

A surprising 77% of the women surveyed said that they would be dressing in a more risqué manner this Halloween compared to the last few years. 74% of female members also disclosed that since joining the site they had more confidence, 89% said they felt more attractive and 49% would now be more likely to make the first move when meeting a guy they like.

You know what they say about men with big feet? Well apparently they are more likely to cheat

eytt9oyaidkp3hey2ahs

It seems that whilst some sayings about mens feet may be a myth the UK’s largest dating site for people looking to have an affair IllicitEnconters.com has conducted some new research on its male members and found a correlation between a man’s shoe size and their likelihood of having an affair.

It seems the larger the shoe size the more likely men are to have an affair with the most faithful men having a shoe between 7-9 and those men with size 10+ feet being over 3 times more likely to have an affair.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com Mike Taylor commented: “While some men would argue that there is no relationship between the size of their feet and any other body part, it seems there is a strong correlation between the men who come on the site looking for an affair and the size of their loafers. “

The results of the study ties up with famous cheats who are also known to have larger feet, such as Bill Clinton who has size 13 US (size 12 UK feet), the largest of any President since Abraham Lincoln. Tiger Woods wears a size 10 whilst Hugh Grant sports size 11 shoes.

It seems if your partner is slipping on a pair of size 9s or smaller you can rest easy, however if he is slipping on some size 13 football boots he may be looking to play away, literally.

Published Today: The 2014 UK Marriage and Adultery Report

olluc3qfyvtad9ydqyz3

The UK Marriage and Adultery Report, released today, is Britain’s most comprehensive study into relationships and attitudes. The research conducted by Atomik Research and commissioned by the UK’s largest extra-marital dating site IllicitEncounters.com reveals the UK’s innermost thoughts and opinions on sex, relationships and cheating.

The report revealed:

·  A third of people confessed to thinking they married the wrong person whilst a third of people admitted they felt like they lost all their independence when they got married.

·  More than one in ten (12%) people agreed that allowing their partner to have an affair would make their relationship stronger.

·  Over a third (39%) of people said they had or had considered cheating on their partner.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, Mike Taylor commented: “The UK Marriage and Adultery Report, released today, is Britain’s most comprehensive study into relationships and attitudestowards sex and adultery. It is important to understand infidelity and the cultural, social and generational changes in attitudes to relationships, what was most surprising was the generational difference showing that younger people hold fidelity in a higher regard than their parents generation.”

What constitutes cheating seems to have changed from generation to generation, with the findings contradicting the common perception that older generations are ‘stuffy’ and young people are more liberal.

On generational differences the report showed that:

·  60% of people aged 35-44 consider kissing to be cheating compared to only 36% of people aged 55 and over.

·  25% of 18-24 year olds consider going to a strip club or getting a lap dance cheating compared to only 16% of 45+year olds.

Finally the report found surprisingly that 60% of British people wouldn’t automatically see their partner having an affair as an end of their relationship demonstrating that our views are becoming more liberal and understanding towards infidelity.

Happy Affair’versary! It was once viewed as a shameful guilty secret but now there’s a whole new range of greetings cards to celebrate ADULTERY.

ejlyrbprht2vlqjneuj0

It was once viewed as a shameful guilty secret but now there’s a whole new range of greetings cards to celebrate ADULTERY.

The Mistress Card range has been launched by Illicitencounters.com – the UK’s largest website for married people seeking affairs.

Many of the cards in the range at Mistresscards.com are aimed at adulterers celebrating their affair’versary while others are designed for married people to send to someone they fancy and invite them to embark on a secret relationship.

Most of the cards are aimed at men although others are aimed at married women to send to their lovers – or Histresses.

The full range can be viewed and shared at Mistresscards.com and IllicitEncounters.com is expecting a huge number of its 900,000 UK members and the general public to make use of the service.

The website is now in talks with several leading card retailers about stocking the new range which are also for sale through Mistresscards.com.

The decision to launch the range came after a survey found married men spend 12% more on gifts for their mistresses than their wives.

The poll, which looked at spending on Christmas gifts, found married men spent an average of £124 on festive gifts for their lovers compared to just £109 on their spouse.

Lovers were far more likely to be given romantic and intimate presents such as lingerie while wives were more likely to receive practical gifts such as a new Dyson.

In another study it was also revealed that 32% of adulterers admitted they were more likely to remember an important date such as a birthday or anniversary of their mistress than that of their own husband or wife.

Mike Taylor of Illicitencounters.com said: “With one person in every ten couples actively looking for a new relationship on our site, and many more having affairs in their workplace, or with someone they met in a bar or even with a partner’s sibling, we shouldn’t be surprised that a card celebrating what can be a very fulfilling and exciting experience would have enormous interest.

“We have seen a huge social shift with more acceptance for people who may not find themselves completely satisfied with their marriage.

“In the UK we have been playing ‘catch up’ with the continent who have long excepted and celebrated mistresses and histresses as a natural and healthy occurrence with in a happy relationship.”

END

Notes:

Among the messages in the cards:

“My husband is lazy,

his hair is grey,

we haven’t had sex in so long

he may as well be gay.”

Whilst a more romantic card reads:

“My marriage lacks warmth,

closeness and spice,

we shouldn’t be doing this…

it so naughty… but nice.”
