All depends on how opened minded you are not a lot puts me off but if it's not my thing I just say so and work round it someone's distaste is someone's pleasure.

It can be so hard reading a person and getting your response/question right.
Especially if the person you are talking to has a name like bighardnips69, then the expectation is that they want the discussion to go a certain way.

@ celestial it is really interesting what different people want from a profile. There are lot of people on here who don’t get beyond the chat stage to actually meeting and whilst i get you want to not have the details of affairs in your face, it helps others to know the person knows how this place and this life all works and are actually here for what you also want. For me if I see that it shows me the person has an idea of the risks and the pitfalls and knows how to do this hopefully more safely than someone nieve to this game, so to speak. This adventure comes with many risks. If the person then starts telling you their sworded details and you don’t want it move on but you may miss out on some interesting. And genuine people if you scroll on with that one line. Good luck anyway

References to past affairs. Yeah - I know what this site's about and likely a high proportion of both m & f been round that particular block maybe several times (no judgement here - describing lives as lived). "I've done this before and know how it works" I find most ick. Why not use a bit of discretion - just keep the X files closed? If I see that in an otherwise appealing profile, I scroll right on.

Men are generally more guilty of this than women because they will start on the sex conversation as soon as names are established, but women have their moments too - asking 'do you have big feet' or 'could you pay something towards my travel cost' get an instant BLOCK

Paula 99 I agree. And I'm off to buy a large tin of substance 😜

Attraction doesn’t always appear straight away …I do find that there has to be substance in a guy for me to be attracted to him …sometimes it is a slow burn..the more I get to know the OP the more/less you want to know…..sometimes the OP is holding back from the ‘real’ person …more often… he needs to be invested in me and it’s not always present 🫤
