My thoughts exactly ... Malawi in India??? I'm no expert but I do know Malawi is definitely NOT in India!!!

Enigma.. what a shame you can't name him here!!!

@Enigma...
You dodged a bullet there...the man's sense of geography is atrocious!

Morning….

I’ve never gotten cold feet after arranging to meet up with a male nor have I not turned up. If something unexpected were to happen I would always message and explain why and rearrange to meet another time.

However….
I’ve had males message or phone pulling out at the last minute and some of the “reasons” have been hilarious.

The best “reason” so far has been... (drum roll please)… and gent’s do feel free to use this “reason” if you think you can get away with 😉😂🤔….

“I can’t make it this afternoon. I’m just off the phone to a good friend who asked me to help pack a charity container bound for Malawi in India. It’s full of donations for children and their schools.”

Now who could argue with that 😉🤔.

It certainly brought a tears to my eyes. Yes… tears of laughter 😂😃😉💋

Cold feet after arranging a meet?

Never ... some misgivings a few times perhaps but I have ALWAYS turned up to the arranged meet.

Haven't been stood up for a meet either BUT have had men coming up with very lame excuses the day before or on the morning of a meet. 🙄

Ladies ... always have Plan B in case you are stood up by these cowards OR the meet didn't work out (especially if it was out of your way) ... I make sure it's somewhere I can go shopping afterwards (either to celebrate a good meet or cheer myself up after a disappointing one!!!) ... 🕶👜👠👗

Willkr

I agree…..

Sounds tempting!

I did experience that. It was mainly because I felt the guy wasn’t worth it after he didn’t bother communicating, not even a text daily. He just said “did we agree to meet on…?” And then the day before he reminded about the date.

Why would I make an effort, potentially jeopardise things at home, waste my time on one who doesn’t invest time getting to know me!

Is this all a misunderstanding and the post is actually talking about the need for slippers, and / or some warm socks after arranging a meet ;)

Nothing wrong with a bit of cool extremities, warm them with a the lucid rub of silken scarf

Comes down the planning and the preparation to make sure you can be free and protect the things we are here to keep seperate.

Don’t agree with standing up and last minute changes - had one date keep me waiting 4 or 5 hrs - it changed my entire perspective on her
