Not cold feel, just an release of anxiety, cold hands raised heart rate alertness it activated the sympathetic drive. Having an insight into this means that its best to park up for a few minutes first. Calm down park up for a few minutes first listen to a relaxing track in the car and , visualise the meet so your prospective partner meets the real you not the scared you!! we are all human.

There is always a "risk" but for a first meet if you have agreed a scenario that is fairly close to a reasonable truth that risk can be mitigated....
So speaks the analyst mind.... 😁

Sounds like it’s your first time. There’s a degree of guilt but as long as you’re comfortable with your alibi you will be ok.
