Retail Workers Are More Likely to be Cheated On This Xmas Than Anyone Else

Image result for retail employee

  • 15% of 800 members who registered on IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people, since the beginning of November said that they were married to someone working in retail
  • Retailers working long hours during the Christmas period has left their partner’s feeling lonely, hence the increase in the amount looking to cheat
  • In a separate survey of over 200 retailers on IllicitEncounters.com, 30% admitted to having previously cheated with a colleague
  • 10% also admitted to sleeping with a colleague during their place of work.

They’ll be working late hours to help spread the Christmas cheer, but behind their back, their partners are being naughty, not nice.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, surveyed over 800 people who registered to the site since the beginning of November and found that 15% of respondents were married to someone who worked in retail.

The site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, explains:

“Needless to say, it’s one of, if not the, busiest time of the year for those who work in retail. That means they’ll be working longer hours, taking on more shifts, and generally spending more and more time at work, and less and less time at home as a result.

“While it’s something that can’t be helped, that doesn’t stop the opposite number in this relationship from feeling lonely and without some much needed company.

“It’s only natural, then, that someone’s thoughts stray towards an affair, even if it’s something short-term until the Christmas period ends and their partner’s work routine returns to a state of normality.”

Interestingly, a scenario may develop where both parties are cheating on each other simultaneously.

In a separate survey of over 200 retailers on IllicitEncounters.com, 30% admitted to having previously cheated with a colleague, with 10% even sleeping with them during their place of work.

“It works both ways,” explains Grant.

“Again, while it isn’t the fault of the retailer, they too can’t help but feel detached from their partner. And when you’re cooped up with others for an extended period of time, you begin to forge friendships.

“If both you and your colleague both having similar feelings of loneliness, it’s easy to see how one thing can lead to another…”

Here’s Why You’re TWICE As Likely to be Cheated On This Winter… And the Clocks Are to Blame

Image result for daylight savings

  • Twice as many people are looking for an affair on extramarital dating site IllicitEncounters.com compared to last week, and it’s primarily thanks to daylight savings ending
  • There has been a significant increase in site activity, with twice as many messages sent compared to last week
  • 79% of a study of over 500 people on IllicitEncounters.com agreed that it was much easier to cheat went the clocks go back
  • 60% said that they had more time to cheat in the winter months after daylight savings ends, with no school holidays until Christmas
  • The clocks going back has led to dark afternoons and evenings, providing an adulterer the cover of darkness to conduct their salacious affairs

We may have gained an hour in sleep, but some of us might be about to lose a whole lot more as a result.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, has seen twice as many people sign up to the site week-on-week, and the clocks going back are to blame.

The site has also seen as many as twice as many messages sent compared to last week, with users spending more time on the site on average.

Christian Grant, the site’s spokesperson, explains why this is more than just happenstance:

“The clocks going back afford us more time in bed, but they allow for a lot more when it comes to adultery.

“Pitch black afternoons aren’t exactly joyful, especially for those who wait long hours at home for their partner to return from work, and it’s in these moments of upsetting reflection that someone may realise how fractured their marriage is.

“As a result, they decided to warm up their cold, dark afternoons, with a steamy affair being the perfect remedy.”

But it isn’t just the doom and gloom of long winter nights that increase our likelihood of cheating, it’s the security that they afford us.

“An affair won’t happen if it can’t,” says Grant.

“What I mean by that is, if someone has no alibi – no decent excuse to leave the house – and they’re fearful of getting caught, they won’t take that risk – the consequences are too great.”

However, in a study of over 500 people on IllicitEncounters.com, 79% agreed that it was easier to cheat during after the clocks go back.

“Avoiding being caught when you’re cheating is obviously the number one priority,” says Grant.

“The darker days lend to this quite well, as does the colder weather. You can wrap up well, covering your face with a ski mask if you really want to, and few would bat an eyelid; you’ve got a bit more anonymity to meet your secret lover, which is particularly important for those who cheat close to home and are more prone to spotting a familiar face.”

In the same survey, 60% said that they had more time to cheat during the winter months, too.

“With half-term ending, there isn’t an extended school holiday for parents until Christmas,” says Grant.

“Their lives are just a little less busy with their children at school during the day. When you team that with the aforementioned dark afternoons and the cover that the darkness provides, it’s a potent mix that’s ripe for affairs.”

The FRIGHTENING Stat That Will Keep Husbands On Their Toes This Halloween…

  • 6 out of 10 married women aged 21 – 30 have cheated on Halloween night, a new survey has revealed
  • However, as little as 18% of men in the same age range have done the same
  • Interestingly, only 3 out of 10 married women over the age of 30 have cheated on Halloween night….
  • …but it’s more likely for a bloke over the age of 30 to cheat on Oct 31st (28%)
  • The results come from a survey of over 850 people on llicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people

For a lot of blokes, the scariest thought on Halloween night will be their wife cheating on them with a man dressed up as Frankenstein’s monster.

That’s because, according to IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, 6 out of 10 married women (61%) aged 21 – 30 have cheated on Halloween night.

However, if you yourself are a faithful wife, then you’ve got a lot less to worry about, as only 18% of men in the same age range have cheated on Halloween night.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, Christian Grant, explains:

“Halloween is a little different than your average night out. If a man spotted his wife leaving the house on any given night in an overly sexual outfit, it’s only natural for him to worry about the amount of male attention she’s likely to receive, and maybe he’ll comment or try and put a stop to it.

“On Halloween however, it’s almost a given that someone’s wife might go as a sexy nurse, or a sexy Satan, or a sexy witch, so the husband is bound to ask less questions.

“From the woman’s side of things, their seductive outfit of choice means they’re much more prone to attention from guys, something that, as all women who’ve been on a night out know, isn’t exactly on short supply anyway.

“So while they might not be going out with any bad intentions, as soon as you add alcohol into the equation, it becomes a potent mix that’s ripe for cheating, even if it’s ‘only’ a quick snog.”

Interestingly, the numbers differ as women get older, as only 3 out of 10 (31%) married women over the age of 30 have cheated on Halloween night.

For men on the other hand, it’s the opposite, as it’s more more likely that they’ll cheat on October 31st if they’re over the age of 30, with 28% doing so.

“While it’s impossible to pinpoint the exact reason for this, it’s not far-fetched to assume that your average 50-year-old woman isn’t going out dressed as a sexy witch like she used to when she was 25,” explains Grant.

“What she might be doing, however, is taking the kids out to trick-or-treat, which might leave her husband with enough time to sneak out the house, or even invite someone round if it’s convenient.”

Revealed! Women Are More Likely to Stray If Their Mothers Cheated Too

Image result for like mother like daughter

  • There’s a good chance you’re a cheater if your parents have also cheated
  • 71% of cheating women and 45% of cheating men have mothers and fathers who’ve also cheated
  • 66% of women said that they felt they had ‘permission’ to cheat because of their mothers transgressions, while only 22% of men felt the same way
  • 78% of cheating women felt that their own acts of infidelity would be met with understanding from their mothers, but 86% of men would stop cheating if their father told them to
  • The results come from a survey of 500 men and 500 women from IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people

Cheating could run in the family, especially if you’re a woman. A new survey of 500 men and 500 women from IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, found that as many as 71% of women who were cheating had mothers who cheated too.

With men, that number was much lower: 45%.

Of the cheating women, 66% said that they felt that they had ‘permission’ to cheat because of their mothers transgressions, while only 22% of men felt the same way.

The main reason for this is guilt, or lack thereof, as 78% of cheating women felt that their own acts of infidelity would be met with understanding from their mothers, given that the mothers too have cheated.

On the other hand, an overwhelming 86% of men said that they would give up their affair if their father found out and asked them to stop.

Interestingly, where both men and women’s views aligned was regards to their general views of infidelity, with 83% of men and 89% of women admitting that cheating isn’t necessarily acceptable or morally correct.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, Christian Grant, said:

“Monkey see, monkey do, but in this instance, that’s better attributed to women. Contrary to popular belief, most men aren’t necessarily proud of the ‘lad’ status given to them by their mates if they sleep around.

“Though it might appear that way, deep down they fear the potential backlash from their fathers, irrespective of whether they have a history of cheating themselves.

“For reasons that are unbeknownst to even ourselves, women are less concerned with any potential fallout with a family member, should they be caught cheating.

“It’s a seemingly inexplicable difference in mentalities: women see their mothers transgressions as a permission to cheat, whereas men still feel a certain guilt hanging over their heads no matter their family history.”

One In Ten Married People Have Had An Affair With Their Boss, According to a Study

  • 10% of married people have had a long-term affair (3 months or more) with their boss
  • 35% admitted to cheating (e.g. one-night stand, ‘sexting’ and kissing)
  • 9% have had sex with their boss at their place of work.
  • 3% would even consider leaving their spouse for their boss
  • The profession in which employee/employer relationships are most prevalent is doctors
  • The results come from a survey of over 900 people on IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people

More and more people are electing to have an affair with their boss, a new survey has revealed.

In a survey of over 900 members on IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, as many as 10% of respondents admitted to having had an long-term affair (3 months or more) with their boss.

An even greater number (35%) admitted to cheating with their boss in the same time period. This includes a one-night stand, kiss, ‘sexting’ and oral sex.

Astonishingly, 3% said that they would consider leaving their current partner for their boss, having fallen head over heels for them, with 9% admitting to having had sex with their boss at their place of work.

The site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, explains:

“It’s been proven that the UK’s workforce is working harder than ever before, spending more and more time at the office and working overtime.

“Unfortunately, that also means we’re more stressed, less happy and more prone to an affair as result. With more time spent at work, and therefore less at home, we see our colleagues and employers more than we do our own family.

“That means we’re more likely to forge positive relationships with those we work with, or for, and hence we choose to ‘de-stress’ by taking those relationships to the next level, even if we probably shouldn’t.”

In a recent, separate study commissioned by IllicitEncounters.com, it was revealed that teachers, lawyers and pilots were the most adulterous professions when it came to two colleagues having an affair; when it comes to affairs with bosses, it’s a fairly similar outlook, with doctors topping the leaderboard with 17%, followed closely by teachers (15%) and lawyers (13%).

“Needless to say, the more time you spend working with someone, the more likely you are to form a strong bond with them. It should come as no surprise then that doctors, teachers and lawyers are evidently rife with employer-employee relationships, given the time that those respective professions spend at work.”

Professions with the most Employer/Employee Affairs

  1. Other (20%)
  2. Doctors (17%)
  3. Teachers (15%)
  4. Lawyers (13%)
  5. Pilots/Airline Staff (11%)
  6. Financial Jobs (bankers, mortgage brokers, financial advisers) (10%)
  7. Journalists (8%)
  8. Marketeers and Advertisers (6%)

Trump Earns the Cheating Vote, But What Does It Mean for Society If He Wins?

Image result for trump

Trump Earns the Cheating Vote, But What Does It Mean for Society If He Wins?

  • Donald Trump’s recent comments, and his affair-laden history, have won him the support of the adulterous community
  • 71% of adulterers want Donald Trump to win the upcoming US general election on 8th November
  • Trump’s many unashamed affairs meant that 33% of those who support him feel that they can resonate with him
  • Trump’s adulterous history has done nothing to hinder his popularity, which begs the question, is society beginning to accept affairs as part of the norm?
  • The results come from a survey of 800 people on IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people

Donald Trump is no stranger to ruffling a few feathers, but he’s also got a strong, fervent support.  You can now add adulterers to the list of his core supporters.

With the world gripped by the impending US election, and in the wake of the recent reveal of Trump’s comments, IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, surveyed over 800 of their members to find an overwhelming 71% preferring the American tycoon for the White House.

Of his supporters, 67% said that they backed him because of his “no-nonsense” approach, while 33% felt that they could resonate with him on some level.

It’s a loss for Hilary Clinton, one she won’t be hoping to repeat on election day on 8th November, as the site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, explains:

“Despite Trump’s most recent remarks, which his critics have labeled as deplorable and offensive, in certain corners, his popularity goes from strength to strength. However, it isn’t necessarily ‘locker room banter’ that’s his biggest appeal; Trump has had several affairs, and he’s been unashamed about them.

“Most importantly, like many of the members on our site, Trump’s used his financial acumen and bravado to attract women – that alpha male charm resonates with a lot of men in particular.

“Compare that to Bill Clinton, who used his professional position in government as a sex weapon (so to speak) and then went to lie under oath to the nation about his indiscretions… you can see why that might inadvertently not reflect well on Hilary.

“Perhaps most importantly, Trump is seen as a no-nonsense realist. He’s had affairs, he’s admitted that he’s not a perfect person, and he’s moved on. An adulterer can resonate with him on that level.

“His overwhelming popularity does beg the question: does society now see an affair as a normal part of everyday life?

Something that anyone, under the right set of circumstances, can find difficult to resist? That question might be answered on 8th November.”

Tall, dark and unfaithful? It’s official, taller men are more likely to play away!

Image result for tall men

  • Taller men are more likely to have an affair, new research has revealed
  • Of a survey of over 1,800 married men, 20% were between 6ft 1″ and 6ft 2″ tall
  • 60% of all men were over 6ft tall, with the least common height range being between 5ft 5” and 5ft 6” (3%)
  • 57% of a survey of over 950 women said that they would not date someone who was shorter than them
  • The findings come from IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people
Does your height impact your likelihood to have an affair? New research seems to suggest that that’s the case.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, surveyed over 1,800 of its male members and found that the most common height range was between 6ft 1” and 6ft 2”, the height of 20% of respondents, with the average height being just under 6ft 1”.

In fact, 60% of all men surveyed were over 6ft, with the least common height range being between 5ft 5” and 5ft 6” (3%).

The site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, explains why this is more than just a coincidence:

“It might seem old fashioned, but generally speaking, dating someone shorter than you is a sacrifice too great for many people. It’s even worse for women who, with their killer heels on show, absolutely tower over their partners – it makes for an awkward picture to say the least.

“What that all means for tall blokes is that they’re more likely to grab a woman’s attention by virtue of their height alone. With that in mind, they’re more likely to be confident when it comes to picking up women, and, in this case, more likely to find themselves in a position to cheat than a shorter man – it’s all about how many can resist the temptation to have an affair.”

Many adulterous celebrities support this evidence, with Ben Affleck and Vernon Kay, both of whom cheated on their respective partners, standing at an impress 6ft 4″. On the other hand, celebrities like Kevin Bacon and Dustin Hoffman, who’ve been married for 28 years and 36 years respectively, stand at 5ft 10″ and 5ft 6″ tall.

In a separate survey of over 950 married women, over half (57%) said that they wouldn’t date someone if they were shorter than them.

Lucy, 44, was one of those women, as she explains:

“The main reason I’m having an affair is because I want what my husband can’t give me at home. I know it might seem shallow, but there needs to be a physical attraction, and height is definitely a massive part of that.

If I’m going to settle and not get what I want out of an affair, then what’s the point of having one at all?”

Nature Lovers More Prone To Seasonal Amore Disorder

Image result for AUTUMN LOVE
If early January is traditionally the time unhappy couples initiate divorce proceedings, autumn is the season for weary marrieds to embark on affairs. For the fifth year running,IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, reports an early autumn spike in new memberships, a phenomenon which is being increasingly referred to as “Seasonal Amore Disorder.”

Christian Grant, spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, seeks to explain this seasonal trend:

“For the past five years we have noticed an average 7% increase in new memberships towards the end of September.

Keen to capitalise on whatever is driving this increase, we conducted some research. The reasons we found are threefold: the comedown after the summer party season with all its highs and lows, science and the way autumn uniquely lends itself to new romance.

“Autumn is traditionally a tricky time for established couples, as the recent, steady roll-call of celebrity break-ups will attest. Summer time, with its busy social calendar comprising festivals, weddings and parties, makes it easier to prop up an ailing relationship in the ‘diluted’ company of friends.

Long-term plans like booked summer holidays are best seen through given the stress of canceling. But once the summer hiatus is behind you and you have nothing left in the diary until Christmas, combined with the gloomy prospect of being cooped up with one another over these long, dark nights, couples experience a lull. This lull can cause many relationships to fizzle out or for a partner to seek something new to fill the excitement void.

“This trend also stacks up biologically. Studies suggest our libidos are naturally higher in summer. Sunshine increases our levels of serotonin and dopamine, both of which influence our mood and arousal levels. Testosterone is boosted by light and we tend to dress in skimpier clothes. As autumn approaches, our bodies, so used to being ‘on alert’ are craving our next ‘feel-good dopamine fix.’ This unwanted comedown, for some, manifests itself in seeking new excitement, and what is more exhilarating than new romance?”

Finally, when new members were asked if they viewed themselves as a nature lover, a convincing 79% answered in the affirmative.

And while autumn may appear a less romantic season to embark on new romance, think again. While the nights may be drawing in and we are putting on more clothes, what is more romantic than a stroll outdoors in the low autumn sunshine, kicking leaves, before nestling in front of a crackling log fire in a cosy pub?

Concluding, Grant surmised:

“If you are in a stale relationship, have a mildly addictive personality and love nature, it’s highly likely you’ll experience Seasonal Amore Disorder. That’s Amore.”

Here’s How Many People Get Married… Even Though They’re Already Having An AFFAIR!

Image result for affair

  • 8% of married people admitted to getting married even though they were already having an affair; the majority (64%) were men
  • 55% said that they began to care deeply for both people so decided to pursue both relationships
  • 27% continued their affair for at least a year into the marriage, with 5% pursuing the affair for 5 years or more
  • The research raises several salient points, such as whether some people are born with a natural propensity to cheat
  • The survey of over 900 married people is brought to you by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people

Who can you trust? Not your spouse, possibly. New research from IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, surveyed over 900 of their members to find that 8% admitted to getting married even though they were already having an affair.

As for the reasons why the adulterers in question chose not to break off their affairs, over half (55%) claimed that they began to care deeply for both people and were met with indecision, so they decided to continue to pursue both relationships in order to have the best of both worlds.

23% were worried that their fellow adulterer could potentially tell their wife or husband-to-be of their affair, so they, too, chose not to break it off.

“While an affair that manifests itself when a marriage begins to grow stale is simply commonplace, an affair before a marriage has even begun is an entirely different beast,” explains the site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant.

“It raises some salient points; namely, are we meant to be monogamous, are some people born with a natural propensity to cheat, and how or why is there a lack of even a semblance of foresight for an individual who takes this sort of decision?”

The study also showed that men were bigger culprits than women, with 64% of those who pursued an affair into their marriage being men. 27% of respondents admitted to continuing the affair for at least a year into their marriage, with 5% maintaining their affair for 5 years or more.

But whether the adulterer elects to break off their affair or not, they’re more than likely the beneficiary of this sort of scenario.

“In instances like this, the cheater is in a win-win situation,” Grant explains.

“Even if they admit their infidelity and lose their husband/wife as a result, they’re still likely to have the ‘safety net’ of their fellow adulterer to go to.

Likewise, if they break off their affair, with their spouse totally oblivious that it ever took place to begin with, it is their fellow adulterer who is left hurt and alone, with the cheater still able to pursue a relationship with their spouse.”

Acts of adultery have hit fever pitch in the month of September, a new report suggests.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, has seen a 10% year-on-year increase in registrations for the first 10 days of September, with over 2,500 people joining the site.

“It’s down to education,” explains the site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant.

“To be more specific, it’s down to children, teens and young adults returning or making their first foray into schools, colleges and universities.

After a busy summer period, a lot of parents might be initially grateful of a house devoid of people, especially if it’s young kids or unruly teenagers.

However, an empty house is conducive to an affair. There’s the obvious reason: you’ve got an empty space and several hours to meet up with whomever you please, but there’s more to it than that.

Periods of isolation allow for contemplation and self-reflection, and it’s in these periods of thought, without any distractions, that husbands and wives begin to truly come to terms with the flaws in their marriages.”

Interestingly, the site has seen a greater number of women joining the site than men in the first 10 days of September, with women making up 75% of registrations so far.

Grant explains:

“We’ve always had a majority of female registrations in previous Septembers, and this hasn’t changed. While there are far too many variables at play to pinpoint a specific reason for this, it’s impossible to ignore the fact that the overwhelming majority of parents who stay at home are women.

While this number is decreasing every year, a report from the Office for National Statistics in 2015 stated that 2.01 million of 2.26 million of those unemployed because they are at home and/or taking care of their family are women.

In other words, the lonely person in the empty house is far, far more likely to be a woman.”
