About Me:

I'm intelligent, creative, enjoy conversation, laughter, walks, the countryside, drives out, meals and drinks out. My interests are quite diverse - from astrology, literature, cooking, grandchildren, psychology, poetry, art, antiques, good food, travel, dogs, meditation.

I'm 5 foot 6 and a half inches, medium build, short-ish blonde hair and brown eyes. I wear glasses but have never found it a deterrent! My best feature is my smile. I have been told I've got nice legs. I prefer casual dress style - jeans and jumpers/teeshirts etc., but can scrub up well when I make the effort and look ok in a skirt or dress. I think I'm young at heart and hopefully always will be so.

Ideal Partner:

I'm looking for a man who is open-hearted, open-minded, generous in spirit, tactile and appreciative of nature, who is not opposed to adventure, no matter what is his age. Age not really a factor, but anything younger than six or seven years from my age will probably give me a complex! Neither is looks - although I do prefer fairly well built guys to ultra slim - beauty is indeed in the eyes of the beholder! But a good sense of humour and a ready curiosity about life are important. Also good listening skills - I believe I have them, and do appreciate them in my friends as well. I am not in a position to want a serious, long-term relationship, so anyone looking for a casual relationship with occasional afternoon or early evening meetings would be better matched. Someone in a similar position to myself, who has flexible routines and is able to travel would be preferable. Respect and affectionate is always appropriate, I think. As is chemistry, of course.
