Fit. Do a lot of walking. Around coasts especially—beaches! Like to swim. Slim, white-bearded with a finely-shaped baldish head. There is fluff on top. My hair turns darker when left to grow...?
Fit and getting fitter with new knees and a hunger for a healthy, full existence. I am not an exercise nut. I just like to walk and to enjoy the scenery.
Hope to be forty-three 'A' Cup by Christmas. I used to carry twenty-odd kilos too many! I am wearing 'old' trousers now which had become too tight for me.
I am pretty deaf but am very happy to wear my hearing-aids permanently. These allow me to hear birdsong and music.
I like all kinds of music and refuse to inflict anything on anyone. I am very much prepared to give. After all, life is not a tunnel or if it is, there are plenty side tunnels to be explored.

Oh, yes! I became quite fractious until it was discovered I have Disruptive Sleep Apnoea. So I use a treatment mask at night. I must admit it is not flattering. But it works!
I was only getting an hour's sleep a night! Horrific but all OK now.

No fixation with any so-called ideal but obviously appreciate people who enjoy looking after themselves and who love the outdoors and fresh air.
I would be much more interested in a humorous personality than looks. I love wit and can take a joke. I do like poetry, I'm afraid. Ted Hughes, John James, Shakespeare—all of them really; especially the female ones. Nothing, however, of my interests smacks of being a requisite in another person. I like to share other peoples' pleasure in diverse things. You may like football. Up to now, I have rarely watched it. Black and white movies are fascinate me. I am prepared to embrace new things as life is too short to be in a rut of apathy.
