About Me:

I'm a "sort of retired" businessman, having sold my business many years ago but I do like to return part-time to my former walk of life. Yet I do love the freedom that retirement brings. I think I'm reasonably intelligent, a confident and happy soul, sometimes serious but mostly light hearted and always looking to have a stimulating conversation and a laugh - life's far too short to worry. But I also have a bit of a rebellious and wicked streak in me - too austere an upbringing! - hence my seeking a lady who too wants a bit more out life than she finds herself in at the moment. I'm 5'10" and with fair hair although, like the ebb-tide,it's receding fast. OK, so I'm a bit thin on top! I'd really like to describe my build as average but I think I sport a few more kilos than I should - not that I'm fat mind you, just a bit large! Usually I have a happy, open face although got to admit I'm no Pierce Brosnan - just average looks I'm afraid. My dress is usually tidy and conventional - never wear jeans - but rarely wear a suit these days except for Christenings and funerals! I just prefer to be comfortable in my clothes.

Ideal Partner:

Looking for a warm and sincere woman, preferably from the Norwich/Yarmouth area who, like me, is seeking a friend/soul-mate for genuine friendship to put a little bit of zest back into life. But I've no wish to prejudice what are otherwise happy marriages on both sides - so discretion is a must.
