About Me:

George Holmes was born the 8th May 1951 in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. U.K. After extensive travel throughout the U.K, George arrived in Cardiff Wales in 1987.
During the Millennium celebrations, George moved to the Cardiff Bay area to take advantage of the wonderful panoramic and ever changing views.
George has always had a long love of oil painting, watercolors, sketching, wood carving, poetry, writing stories and writing and playing his own music. George has also become quite a character actor, after starring in several local independent films and TV shows.
George can often be seen sketching and painting throughout Cardiff City and Cardiff Bay areas and is extremely popular with locals and tourists alike.
This is the first in a series of published by George Holmes, but already he is working on several follow up books, One Man’s View - Cardiff Castle is almost completed. With several other books in the planning stage, including a food recipe book, a children’s poem story book as well as illustrations for other authors.
George is also well known for his catering expertise and has catered for many world stars, royalty and dignitaries.
Semi retired he now helps many 100’s of people make a living starting from zero on the internet and is well trusted and respected.
George has also acted and helped in many of my films and TV Scripts and has become quite a character in the local filming world.
