I am a man looking for more...
Hard to describe yourself really, but here goes; I think I'm quite funny, though not everybody agrees, I travel a lot & really enjoy it, my ideal night is a few drinks, good romantic meal & a night of passion, also I use too many commas.

I'm honest, (yes I know that Im on a site that bring people together for affairs). I have a job which is fairly challenging, but Im not really passionate about it, could this be a mid-life crisis? Bloody hell, I hope not! - (deny, deny, deny). I'm confident in most situations and enjoy treating a lady like a lady, but dont be thinking Mr. Darcy or you will be disappointed. I know what I like & what I like are new experiences. I'm 47 now but surely its not only me that feels 25?

3 facts about me:
1) I very occasionally well-up when watching something sad on t.v. but swallow a lot , make like I've something in my eye and go off to do some d.i.y. (actually I dont do d.i.y.; I'm rubbish)

2) Im the only bloke I know that admits to thinking Brokeback Mountain was a great film. (see fact 1)

3) After years of scoffing at metrosexuals Ive started using Nivea for Men & beard balm. I'm still not sure what this means, but its a worry. Gorgeous, handsome, very attractive - these are just some of the ways my mum has described me. Im no Brad, Depp or Becks, but I'm told I'm not bad; 5'9", dark complexion, medium build, good shape and fit (fair bit of gym). Dark hair (though greying at the edges), I'm considered fairly attractive & have been told that I have a nice smile. I'm smart suits during the day & jeans otherwise.

Update: I wrote this profile a couple of years ago & in the interests of full disclosure, my hair is more grey at the sides a bit thinner and tragically I have grey chest hairs too (nb. we could negotiate about me sorting that - do they do a 'Just for Men' chest hair dye?). Update on the update - I've gone nuclear, just shave it off now.

Ideal Partner:

Somebody fun, fairly attractive, small or medium build. I need to be stimulated mentally as well as physically, so somebody who enjoys conversation & a laugh. I'm tactile & sensitive (although reading this back it sounds like it was written by a robot!). I'm looking for the buzz that comes from a new relationship, getting a text & hoping it's from you, the flirting & the intense attraction that goes with it all. If we met it would be for a drink or a coffee to see if there was chemistry & then take it from there. I don't do sex just for the sake of it. No really! :)
