About Me:

Married for a long time but the magic died some years ago and we only stayed together for the children. Two now left, one due to go next year. Separate bedrooms, separate lives I have 3 great kids who will always be at the centre of my life. I have a great job with flexible hours and some travel. Often in East Midlands and London.I am intelligent and funny......friends say I ought to do stand up. Paul Merton style wit I suppose. I'm into history, politics, religion (debunking it) and like quality TV drama like West Wing, Silent Witness,Homeland and nothing on ITV. I like to keep fit by cycling and going to the gym and eating healthily. However, I am more than capable of lapsing from time to time. Walks in the woods, cinema (apart from Hollywood rubbish)pub lunch or posh hotel all sound good to me. How excruciating is this? Ok....my kids say I don't look or seem 55. Hair is now grey and thinning so cut it tight.Try to look trendy without looking like mutton dressed up as lamb. Appearance is important to me. I wear either contacts or glasses depending on what I'm doing.I am 6' 1" and am in pretty good shape thanks to a lifetime of running and now going to the gym and cycling. Craggy blue eyes, great shoulders!

You are a Juliette Binoche/Darcey Bussell lookalike with a thing about married men living in the westcountry. Failing that......I suspect you are in your 40's, early 50's.. Probably have late teen/grown up children. You will be intelligent, probably with a degree. You are looking for someone who'll be interested in you as a person, not just you "the wife'" "the Mum," "the lawyer", "doctor", "teacher" etc....
