About Me:

I like to think I am an easy going tolerant charitable sort of person. I love all sorts of music and all sorts of people. I like to travel. I like to think I'll try anything once but I must admit to becoming more cautious/carefull as I get older. For instance I no longer have the desire to ride a motobike at 100mph.

However the dangers of secret liasons here excite me.

As the fledglings are leaving the nest I can afford to take things slightly easier now. There is no point in working myself into a grave. So I like to give myself plenty of time off work - sometimes this is forced on me!! I dress casually most of the time. I am just under six foot, reasonably slim but I do have to watch what I eat these days.

I wear glasses most of the time (have done since I was thirty - still not happy about it). Hair is short back and sides, only I sometimes leave it a while before I go the the barbers! Its going grey.

Ideal Partner:

I don’t have a "type" I am looking for. It seems so limiting!! And I don't like to categorize people.
I would like the woman I start liaisons with to be happy in her home life, like I am in mine, but who is looking for something more in addition. I wouldn’t like her to take life or herself (or me for that matter) too seriously. I would like her to be easygoing/laid back without a long list of things she is looking for (he says whilst typing a long list of things he is looking for!!). All of the above are negotiable. :-)
I am not into one night stands, it’s like only reading the first chapter of a book. You are left wondering what would have happened next and there doesn't seem to have been any closure. (I can only say that from experiences in my early twenties – I can just about remember them!!)
