About Me:

Oh, where to start? And how to write something engaging enough to catch your attention, confident enough to make me sound like a catch, but self-effacing enough that I don’t sound arrogant?

Let’s start with height, as that seems to be quite important to a lot of you lovely ladies. I’m 5’7 and a bit - not quite 5’8, but definitely more than 5’6, and I positively tower above those of you who are 5’5. Basically, if you want tall, dark and handsome, I fall at the first hurdle.

Moving on: dark? Nope, I’m grey. Silver actually - I’m a silver fox, like George Clooney. Handsome? Not like George Clooney, but I do have my moments, and I think I’m still a bit of a catch. I’m told my blue eyes are my best feature. Your opinion may differ, but feel free to ask to see my pics if you like the rest of my profile. I’m kind-hearted, generous, and I think likeable - I don’t mess with people, and try to treat people as I want to be treated by them.

Interests - I have a love-hate relationship with running, I enjoy most sports, love a good book, and I also love the cinema, eating out and exploring London. The thing I’m initially looking forward to most about my new adventure here is getting to know new people - I love conversation and I find people fascinating. In other words, I’m nosey and I’m a chatterbox…

I live quite a way outside London. However, my work is primarily based in London and so I spend a fair bit of time there during the week, usually staying somewhere central. I’m my own boss, so I manage my own schedule - this means I can get away from work whenever needed, and in line with your own schedule. Weekends are rarely possible, but overnights definitely are.

And finally, the why. I’m not unhappily married at all. But it’s like living with my best friend, rather than my lover, and I miss the intimacy and affection of the honeymoon period. I’m guessing you may be in the same position, as I suspect that I’m not alone in this. I won’t just jump into bed with anyone though, and I’d like to build a friendship with someone, where we look forward to our secret afternoons or evenings together.

I’ve done this before, and I’m serious about doing it again, so hopefully this is the start of something fun!

Ideal Partner:

My ideal woman is fun to be with, quick to laughter, chatty, and easy-going.

Physically, I’m not fussy, I’ll fall for someone based on their personality before their looks. That said, there has to be a physical attraction…

In an ideal world, you’ll also be married or in a relationship, so that you understand and share the situation that I’m in. However, I have dated a single person before, and it went well, so I’m open to offers.
