About Me:

I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve, and I'm open, caring, generous and hard working. Oh and I enjoy being a bit naughty and mischievous with those I'm close to.

Right now I'm not sure how I see a relationship developing so it's a case of see how it goes and if we gel then hopefully it's the start of something beautiful. I'm very much interested in some good quality time with a lovely woman and if it's right for us both then leading on to something hopefully exciting and passionate.

My appearance is brown hair, 5ft 8in, 11st 0lbs and hazel eyes. If you would like to see a photo please just ask! I'm no chisselled James Bond but I'm very active and I carry very little extra baggage. I'm at my happiest half way up a mountain (especially in Scotland or Wales, and occasionally the Alps) or any good walk involving rivers or lakes.

Initially I'm a little reserved when meeting people, but trust me all reservations are out of the window once I get to know someone. I'm open and broad minded, up for anything and will take as I find and avoid preconceptions.

I love relaxing with someone and maybe bottle of wine to watch a good movie - I love classic old movies, but also sci-fi, mystery and action.

I really enjoy eating out in good company. I enjoy cooking and would love to cook for someone special.

I also enjoy the arts and most music, especially from the 70s and 80s but it extends to most music.

In terms of my education, I'm university educated, I had a successful career in computer software and hence I retired early, and my time is now my own and looking to make the most of it.

Ideal Partner:

Although I'm obviously interested in there being a mutual attraction, I also want to meet someone who shares similar interests and we can enjoy some good conversations and time together. Someone who is missing a little bit of passion in their lives and wants to rekindle the feelings of excitement that sharing some time and fun together away from day to day cares and problems can bring.

I prefer people to be straight with me, since I try to be straight with people myself, so if I'm not for you that's fine, just say so and I'll wish you well and move on. On the other hand if there is a spark that would be fantastic and would be great to chat and see what happens.
