Hi, like most on here I'm married, and mostly happily so, but there is virtually no passion or physical side anymore.

I'm 51 but often told I look younger. I'm not gym fit or toned - I have what you'd call a dad bod! However, I'm on a full out mission to change that, and am more active now than I have been my whole adult life - albeit I still have a few bits that wobble when I run!
