About me
Pretty normal looking white bloke, young for my age, tall lots of fair hair, blue eyes. Good with animals, children and technology. Well educated, well read, well spoken and well travelled. The two things I do most are sing and travel.

Why am I here?
The answer is simple but the thinking is not. I'm looking for something I'm not expecting. I first joined this site eight years ago after hearing an interview on Woman's hour with a woman talking about a deliberate affair she's had and how it worked out. I'm very happily married, but like many marriages we no longer have sex and I had decided that this was not important really. I joined the site with lots of questions and no expectations. I quickly started getting letters from very helpful women with lots of insight into different sorts of relationships and friendships. I was working in London and met a lady with whom I immediately hit is off. She was divorced and didn't want a husband, I was married and didn't want a wife. I found I'd got a lover and a friend, we had lots of fun and no one got hurt. It came to a natural end and we are still pen pals. My wife is happy and has a policy that "she doesn't ask".

Roll on a few years. I now spend most of my life in the air, in airports and in hotels and so it's difficult to have a long term relationship, but I'm going back to my original idea of "look for the unexpected". The other thing about my job is I have lots of spare time with Internet access, so here I am typing and wondering what I will find next.
