About Me:

I was passing The Filly Arms the other day and thought, I haven't been in there for while, why not pop in? I smiled as I walked in, can still turn heads even at my age, attractive, striking with lots of confidence. I took a seat and whilst I wasn't asked for ID, neither was I offered a discount. I picked up my glass of Rose and glanced around the pub.

Yes, there was that man in the corner who visits every day, watching the door waiting for a blind, nymphomaniac super model to come in.

Oh and there is the usual group of guys who call this place The Filthy Arms, sometimes they get lucky, sometimes they don't. I look around look and am reminded of the fun men I have met (and the dreadful time wasters it has to be said), had some excellent conversations and one who enriched my life no end.

A true Solo Traveller, happy with my independence and uncomplicated life but something is missing and I will know when I find it.

Ideal Partner:

As I sip my drink, I see him sitting in the corner. Nursing a glass of Red, pleasant to look at, well dressed but in a casual, confident manner. Not constantly checking his phone for messages from others. He looks up and smiles at me, recognising a kindred spirit, someone who like him, is just looking for time out, regardless of status, an open window blowing a breath of fresh air into our lives.

If only life could be that simple.
