I would describe myself as:

cultured, sensuous, impulsive, sarcastic, well-travelled

Current status: Sleeping diagonally across a king size bed.
I'm at an age where I know what I want in life but I would like to meet new people. This would be an interesting platform from which to leap into some unknown territory.
I'm a person who is happiest when I'm travelling where everything is new, unfamiliar and waiting to be experienced. I'm pretty independent and confident in my own company.
However, I'm lacking the company of that someone who thrills me and can take the bs out of 'dating' and treat me well.

Ideal Partner:

I can't really commit myself to be definite about who/what I want, hence that's why I opted for "see how it goes".
Off the bat, I know that I don't want the company of an arrogant pinhead, those who have nothing to say, or the type that thinks they're only worthy of a supermodel.
I prefer a man to be generous with his conversation and keeps the flow going nicely. A great sense of humour is a must, intelligence, and a knack of making their company feel comfortable and interested. It's not about the money, having a good attitude is far more appealing.
I would love to feel butterflies and great anticipation from an encounter, so best make a lasting impression or I'll climb out of the bathroom window.
Having had a few dates via IE, some of them make for good story telling over a vino! Dating the over 40's is like going on a neverending job interview, with no promise of getting the job or even a glass of water in some cases.
