About Me:
I am a practising artist/photographer and I retired from full time education two years ago. So, I am looking for a like minded person but not necessarily a professional. I enjoy history, eating out, being in the kitchen making food, walking and visiting places of historical interest, galleries, walking a beach; anywhere in the world and relaxing with a someone special.....when I have met her! I am adventurous in many areas of life so, if your there? I enjoy 'TAT' shops and have been collecting and selling Art Deco on eBay for a while. I have put on a few pounds but am making a concerted effort to reverse; its the problem I guess with retiring. I don't drink or smoke.......used to in my younger 'flamboyant' days but made a decision twenty years ago to look at living differently. I have longish 'silver' hair and dress as one would expect (I suppose) an artist would dress - very casual - but can spruce up if needed. I'm not into cars although I do like the design of some. I have two teenage children from my second marriage who are very talented. My son now lives with me until he starts University next September 2016 (he missed the accommodation deadline for this year) and my daughter lives with her mother in Lancashire. Hmmm.......that's difficult lets just see who is interested in me as much as I am with 'you' I guess it all depends on the chemistry that is projected and the interest on both sides for similar things. That would make greater sense than to predict a 'perfect' personality.
