About Me:

I'm an outgoing, fun loving sort of girl with a love of the outdoor life and animals, and I have a wicked sense of humour!

In my spare time, I enjoy writing fiction and have had some short pieces published in the past. I play squash (badly), racketball(slightly less badly) and tennis (appallingly)!

My musical tastes are quite varied - late 1970s and 1980s would be my preferred era, but I also like contemporary folk, some country and classical.

I separated from my soon to be ex-husband 3 years ago. So why am I on IE you ask? Well, I have no desire to get married again or to live with anyone, and thus singles dating sites don't seem quite the place to be for me. In fact the ones I've tried are full of married blokes pretending to be single anyway!! I'm about 5'10" tall, and I would say slim build. I have long mid-brown hair with subtle highlights which I usually wear tied back for work and loose if I'm partying! I'd say my best bits are eyes, lips and legs - but I guess that would be a matter of personal taste!

Style wise, I'm afraid I don't really follow fashion - I just wear what I'm most comfortable in, although I do like to get dressed up when there's a suitable excuse.

Am I sexy? Well, that all depends on whether I'm treated well, whether there's a connection and the requisite chemistry!

Ideal Partner:

Hmm, what am I looking for? Tricky question. I guess I'd like to meet someone funny, intelligent, honest and generous with similar interests and tastes to my own.

I'm not a one-night stand sort of girl, nor am I into brief encounters with someone who has a dozen girls on the go. I want to meet someone for a long term, lasting relationship with no expectations or assumptions made by either of us.

Appearance wise, I place more importance on personality but I do prefer tall (over 6'2", cos I like to wear heels!), slim/athletic guys, hirsute or otherwise makes no difference but please no beer bellies or man boobs. Vanity is a turn off for me, but having said that, I do like a guy who makes an effort!
