...at first sight

Has anyone ever experienced a love-struck romantic attraction for a stranger? Had this feeling for the first time on a meet this week. How do you explain it, Chemistry? Biology? Pheramones? Magic? It's hit me hard whatever it was 😍

Yes the very first one he messages me, sent pictures I couldn’t believe my luck he was gorgeous but only lasted 5days and he stopped messaging me ,never knowing why . I messaged and asked why after the intermit pictures he took and sent . But he didn’t reply

Absolutely yes. Its all down to chemistry and it can indeed be instantaneous. Wouldn't rule out magic either. In my experience when that happens it can often turn into something long lasting.

Lust, yes. A desire for something more but not love no. I think a deeper love, comes from knowing a person too x

Yes it was the connection of a lifetime ,he mistook it for love but it was just lust and it didn't translate into a proper relationship. I ended up loving him but he couldn't escape the search for continual thrills....it's an addictive and fantastical world.

i had one a many years ago , mutual attraction with a stranger , our eyes met and something clicked it was just like the words in the song "your beautiful " by james blunt but regrettably i didnt follow it through , i still think about it even now and dwell on what i missed .

I believe in love at first sight!
I met my first lover (not on IE) we fell for each other straight away, the chemistry was intense, we were together for nearly 8 good years!!

I’d be interested in how long this feeling lasted ? I wouldn’t imagine that long. Once the scales fell from your eyes. I’m afraid lust is quite often mistaken for love
Love grows over time lust is instant in my humble opinion

Yes, I met someone (not from this site) and it was just instant attraction. I wouldn't call it love but we were right with each other within a few days. There is definitely a chemistry at work, its not love and it'd not lust but it's got a slightly magical quality when it happens.

I think love/lust happens the first time you meet someone in person. A voice is just a voice, a photo is a moment in time, but a smile, a look, when you meet, is something else altogether.
