Having an affair changed my life. The woman I started seeing earlier this year trained for marathons and got me into running.

What is the biggest lifestyle change that has come out of an affair for you?

I haven't had the actual experience of meeting anyone on here yet, not sure if my profile let's me down or I'm not being proactive enough :) my lifestyle has become more 'same' in recent years and I known im more of Vibrant personality with new adventures.

The reason I got into running was nothing to do with having an IE.. I had a very stressful job and my BP was dangerously high…I changed my job and never looked back…It improved my mental health and reduced my BP…I am surrounded by seriously fit people at work
It’s important to be the best you can be but you don’t need to have 6 pack to enjoy the ‘delights ‘and ‘ misgivings’ of an affair…your affair should like you for who you are not about the results on display…It’s good to have fitness as common ground …but it’s not the true element that binds you togther….I still struggle to hang my knees on my ears …😂

Rioja Queen ….you’re correct nothing will ever live up to your first affair …each one is different..🤔

Poor attention span and late nights 😅

My first affair was a game changer and gave me so much in terms of confidence, self-esteem. As corny as it sounds, I found myself again!
Nothing since has ever lived up to that first experience.

So for me I turned 50 last year and decided to try and get my younger self body back ( I was quite fit when late teens early 20's) and get on top of the joys that come with ageing and sedentary jobs and less active lives.

Now I am generally good at starting things but also stop quickly, especially related to health kicks. Mainly because I got no feedback about the benefits from my wife and I am too lazy to carry on without encouragement. I once went into the car park of the gym and drove straight back out!

The biggest change I think has been maintaining it because my IE likes the results she sees. She also exercises a lot so I have to keep up my end and try to look good. I feel better for it too

It’s probably best not to change too much :)

Just a consistent and constant drive to be the best ‘me’ possible.

Sleeping & eating well. Flossing & brushing teeth. Trimming & shaving. Perfecting stupid Dad jokes 👌

I love that. I would really enjoy finding someone to start something new with. My best example is a wonderful woman I met on here in 2015 who was an architect. It was absolutely fascinating as we walked around she would show me the buildings she had contributed too and point out particularly impressive feats of engineering I simply wouldn’t have noticed before. She left me with a habit of looking up at my surroundings far more which I thank her for.

How does a 70 year old get women interested in casual sex? Love to know or am I too late
