If you are going to the gym twice a day but still have a ‘dad bod,’ perhaps it’s your diet you need to look at.

And of course, smoking affects muscle growth.

I find women can sometimes stop themselves from actually enjoying the best out of relationships. This is only my viewpoint and I know it's a sweeping generalisation but to some women I'm not rough enough, to others I'm too emotional and they want someone that just shows no emotion which isn't me. I've been told I'm too big for some women and not big enough by others. They want a six pack and I now have a dad bod but am fit and go to the gym at least 2 times a day to do cardio and weights or swimming. Keep myself in shape as best I can but some women even get jealous of me prioritising my time with my children (I have 3, 1 is all grown up now and has her own place, but my younger girls are only just about to leave primary school) . So come on ladies, be clearer and make up your minds and then it will go so much smoother and you will hopefully find what you are looking for even if I'm not that guy. I think basically everyone wants what they can’t have at home. It’s the 80/20 rule. You get the 80% at home but always crave the 20:%. And this site can provide that.

I find I scare men away with my confidence and assertiveness, make of that what you will.
I've been told more than once that my profile comes across as stern by a man.
Well they're missing out on a passionate and carefree woman because of what they choose to zone in on negatively.
I am looking for a man who feels secure in himself, has a sharp wit and is emotionally intelligent.
Throw in mutual attraction obviously.
That is difficult to find but I'm not going to change who I am.

Someone who looks after themselves.
Someone who smells great, someone who I can listen to for ages, who also listens.
A man who is intelligent.
Someone I can have a good giggle with.
A man who cares and I care for.
Last but not least, a true gentleman and a bit of a devil in bed! 😈.

You would think so on the face of it. But then again some people seem to fatally short circuit their chances in some way or other....
