How quickly can a meeting become sexual?
How quickly should a meet move on to sexual contact, heavy petting inside clothing before full sex for example, and has anyne went to a meet with good intentions of not being too quick, and then got carried away with the excitement of the moment?

Having regard to the need to obtain informed "Consent" these days one cant be too careful to avoid legal repercussions maybe up to 30 years later..
To be sure I suggest that you both discuss this in detail and agree a detailed "Intimacy Strategy", including precise actions, times and places, then set this out in writing for your partner to sign in the presence of an independent witness, or ideally make a Statutory Declaration witnessed by a solicitor, and each keep a copy for future reference. Video each stage so you have a record just in case of future litigation and compensation claims.

Speaking from my own perspective,I would say a coffee/lunch first to see there is that animalistic attraction where you want rip each others clothes off,test the waters with a kiss to see if there is that burning sensation between 2 people.if there is great make arrangements for something more next time you meet.
We are here for 1 reason only and that is sex😈
