Age
What do you think of dating someone older/younger on the site? I'm in my mid thirties and since I've joined the site I have found more of a connection with someone older than me than I have with people a similar age.

For example what would a 70 year old have in common with a 20 year old? Absolutely nothing.

Great post FFF. All of this applies to dating irl too. Be open, be yourself, and you may find what you never knew you wanted/needed.

As said by others , age doesn’t come into it as much as some might think. I now go to different places to work and, last week, I was chatting to someone who must have been late 50s early 60s . Both personality and looks wise she was very attractive. If I’d have met on this site, I’d have been more than happy

All preconceptions you have about what you want go out of the window when the right person appears.
Firstly, you're not "dating" on here, that's the very reason I'm here, it's not a dating app. All normal parameters of what you need/want in a person for dating are in the bin on this place.
Just talk to people, see if you click.
I wanted to meet someone of similar age or older with no kids or grown kids.
I've met someone 5 years younger that has a toddler, she's awesome, Beyond what I ever expected to find here.
Don't over think it, any of it. Just chat with people and go with the flow.
