Dreaming of a city break
Assuming there were no green, amber or red countries and you could travel freely... which country or city break would you like to go to with your IE and why? For me it would be Porto in Portugal - it's such a quaint, charming place with fantastic food and of course plenty of port wine!

Outside of lockdown, I am blessed to have a job that sees me travel to London, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Dubai.
...Only thing is i haven't found anyone willing to go to these places with me as most on this site have family lives and careers to worry about.
As much as it would be fun to spend a couple of nights in a distant place its more often than not quite an unrealistic prospect.
To answer your question, either a romantic winter lapland igloo or soaking in a spa bath within a luxury Dubai hotel on a scorching summer evening currently tickle my fancy.

Fantasy destination. Porto Seguro, Brasil. ( Not Rio. Too rough and risky) been to both!
