Date Plans

Advice please :) I have started to speak with someone and we have moved to video chats. We definitely have ALOT of chemistry and I want to meet him. Anyone else experiencing the same? Are you waiting until after lockdown or have you already planned a date?

Trouble is the entire of the uk is on long walks at the moment , it’s busier than towns on a Saturday. An maybe leave the killer heels at home

Hey!

Definitely holding off until after lockdown, if anything the added time lends itself to building more excitement :-)

Ok, so here’s my take on things... Lack of intimacy leads to mental distress... if you’re single it’s ok to have a ‘Care Bubble’. If you’re married... that’s going to be tougher. So perhaps self isolate (bonus) and then say you’re going to get out and go on a long walk in the country.., that’s allowed too.

I think coffee and a walk is a lovely idea. No pressure and out in the fresh air is safer and not breaking any lock down rules as far as I can see. I hope it goes well for you

Couldnt agree more with the other 2 posts...a walk in the park, lots of talking to get to know each other more. The issue for me would be being comfortable about taking it to the next level im the current climate.

A park meet is a good one or a canal. Walking side by side and chatting is probably one of the most comfortable, less pressurised first dates you could wish for.
I’d probably pick up coffees on the way, but then I’m a coffee snob 😬

There's nothing to stop a Coffee and a walk in the park at the moment, it may be hard to stick to that but your unlikely to get questioned on it if you look like a couple just out for a walk!
