You can meet someone from another household in the open air and a public place. If the place is secluded you could do almost anything although, unlike the summer, the weather is not exactly conducive. I had a lovely time in some local woods in June before the hotels reopened after lockdown.

the rules don't really cover extra marital affairs but you have to assume you're not allowed because it's two different households mixing. ironic that the arch extra-marital affair politician has put a stop to everyone else doing it now he's settled with a lovely new young paramour

I think now is the perfect time to get to know someone online here on IE.

And then once lockdown is over, as long as you're sensible and honest, meeting up shouldn't be an issue.

I'm afraid if you do more than meet in the open, stay 2 netres, apart and that does mean no touching! Also you can't really travel out of your area
You will be breaking the law and putting your families and anyone you or they come into contact with in danger
I'm sure you can survive 4 weeks
