Having an affair changed my life. The woman I started seeing earlier this year trained for marathons and got me into running.
What is the biggest lifestyle change that has come out of an affair for you?

It taught me to listen to the words of Gillian McKeith from that dreadful programme, "You are what you eat", something I generally filtered out of my mind but I did take on board her advice on eating plenty of seeds, especially walnuts and pumpkin seeds had a very positive effect not just on blood pressure and the heart but on other areas including stamina. In order to keep up with my IE I decided to give it a go: all I can say guys is that I can thoroughly recommend it...… And the girls get the benefit of it too...

That it doesn’t have to b nighttime or in the bedroom to have fun .... laugh and enjoy too !!!

I started to play the guitar more so I could send her videos of me playing.
Another IE taught me how to knit!!! Each relationship is different and I already ran and did wild swimming 😎😊
But they both changed my life for the better because I (ironically) felt better about myself.

An affair does not change my life just enhances it something to look forward to helps to escape real life from time to time away from being a wife and work
