My mid-year resolution is to start wearing a scent.. I was struck by the number of ladies on IE who want their ‘ideal partner’ to smell great. And I do like to please 😉🤦‍♂️

Now to clarify, I shower (and groom) at LEAST once a day, so don’t have any issues in that respect, and have always shunned overly-perfumed scents as I really appreciate the taste and aroma of food when I’m cooking (or a woman’s perfume if she’s in my arms.. mwah xx).

So.. does anyone have a recommendation of which scent I should choose?

I have found lockdown quite difficult to start anything
I prefer to talk to someone for 2 weeks and then meet for a coffee to know it's going to go somewhere.
I know I want a mental connection but also there has to be some sexual chemistry

sugarissweet - well in an ideal world yes, we can have lot of different perfect matches. But given these things take time and effort to make work, I would find it very difficult to maintain more than say, 5 or 6 affairs at the same time...

Why do some people get all the luck or is it just me , maybe mot doing or saying the right thing !!!...
I came here last year , spent a few months trying to find " the one " with no luck even though came very close , and now on deciding to give it another go here I am again , but after 2 months , still nothing ...sp now what ??

@MrsMinxy oh dear I’m over 50 and not a size 10. I can’t even jump off a wardrobe and do the splits, so I’ve got no hope. :)

In theory there should be someone here for everyone.

An affair can be a wonderful and fulfilling way to discover a different version of yourself so I say go for it. 🙂
I would say it's important that you bear in mind that many guys are only into cybersex and erotic chat. As someone who wants a real affair you might find that's not a straightforward ask.
But I suppose that implies that patience as a virtue is imperative.

Being “perfect 10“ at 50 ? Without the help of plastic surgery is it possible?

We look like we have lived, some people want the looks of a 30 year old and the maturity of a 50 year old.

Always give someone the benefit as people are a compilation of mind and body, not just a face.... I’m comfortable with mine even if it could do with a little bit of an iron.

Mid year resolution is "keep at it"
I know I am worth it, coz I keep being told, but it seems quite hard to get past that initial barrier.
Hopefully, one day soon!
