Closer together?
The past few months have brought me and my IE closer together, he's seen me at my worst haha, and I mean that in every possible way, so I know his feelings for me are genuine. Especially with video chats, it's not always easy to have a full face of make up to take off for a cheeky 1-1 call.
I've found I've been able to be more of a natural and organic person with him, and he still likes me for me! I think this time, though a tragic time indeed, can really bring out some of the best in people and help you know who is truly there for you, and who isn't!

Coronavirus lockdown. Day X+1.
No more broccoli. No tinned tomatoes. No Oatly. Wonders if there's a chance we'll get to sow some of what goes into that, anytime in the next year. Breaks out Christmas shortbread, from 2018, and sits out on the balcony with a non-alcoholic G&T. At least it's sunny...

The lockdown makes you reflect on a lot of things and realise what you are missing out on. Video chats are ideal get to know the person better face to face. It also gives a good reason to get out of the house.

@arabelle, thats why I want to get to know each other before venturing into such a thing. We there is a good rapport buit over some months, I believe this will be an adventure.

@marcusryan that sounds a bit dangerous to me. It would leave someone very vulnerable and could result in a bad outcome.

@ Feeling Frisky - I totally get what you mean, it’s tough to find something new to take your mind off what’s going on. I’m spending as much time glued to my phone as my teenagers do! I think I finished Facebook 🤷♂️
