I'm a smart, caring, tactile, considerate, intelligent and affectionate gent who will hold a door open for a lady and treat you with total respect (behind closed doors can be negotiable!). I have a good/wicked/dry/slightly sarcastic, who am I kidding, very sarcastic sense of humour. It might be considered the lowest form of wit but that only means it forms an excellent foundation for everything else. Also have a healthy dose of cynicism that seems to expand every June. Big fan of fancy shirts, ties, cufflinks and jackets. I'd say that I scrub up well!
Live just north of Skipton but work in Leeds and York, so happy to travel across northern England, possibly further for someone/something very special - don't let mileage kill anything off before the first shoots have sprouted!
Enjoy a wide range of music. I read a lot, primarily thrillers and crime drama, also enjoying the same on TV as well as natural history and comedies. I'm not a fan of soaps though at all.

Married over twenty years but lost the spark and intimacy. Wanting something extra, a good old fashioned affair and everything that encompasses with just one lady. May about to be unfaithful but at least it will be faithfully! Don't you just love irony! (accidentally hit the y key there - jusy love; Freudian slip or genuine typo?) Would expect and also keep in regular contact via 'phone calls (with a text prior, to check the coast is clear), emails (specific email address, just our secret) and text messages (on a burner 'phone who's number only we know) between meets. I watch too many spy thrillers I think.
Don't want to be just a once or twice monthly sex date although I might cave at weekly! Wow, despite been new to all this, I'm surprised at how clued up I am when it comes to deceit. Maybe we're all just naturally deceitful creatures. There's that cynicism rearing it's head!

Not looking to change any home situation or rock your boat. Merely sail on a different heading. Discretion assured and expected also.
