About Me:

Hi there. I was lucky enough to be able to retire from full time work at 50, though I am still an active but part time director of a number of businesses. That was supposed to keep me out of mischief, but obviously hasn’t worked very well. So now I’m looking for one very special partner in crime. Could that be you?

I had a big job in the City for many years, though I never acquired the arrogance that can bring. Usually spotted in a smart suit and tie when I’m working, but equally at home wearing Barbours and wellies in the countryside.

Definitely a fan of the finer things in life, I like good food, nice wine and plenty of travel. Smart and articulate, and never short of a strongly held opinion, but I get on well with people. Talkative and easy going, with a ready smile, people seem to like me and seem to remember me.

I’m based in the South East, am regularly in London, and frequently travel throughout the UK.

Ideal Partner:

I’m looking for someone special. She will be smart, articulate, confident and classy. She will know how to make me smile, and how to make me laugh. And she will make me think about her, and miss her, when we aren’t together. I’m looking for a string connection that everything else can be built on.

She will want the same as me. A good, old fashioned affair with just one person. Something that doesn’t risk our marriages, but which enhances our lives even if it takes time and effort to build.

Of course, we have to find one another attractive. That goes without saying. I don’t have a particular type, so I’m not hung up on hair colour or dress sense or particular physical attributes. Her mind and personality are just as important to me as her appearance.
