Still makes me sick. Ozempic diet! Eat less as it's an appetite depressant. Diabetics can no longer get this medication as so called people that eat too much are pumping it in themselves!

4 years from 16.5st to 12st. Change of lifestyle, nutritional education (not just what's good or bad but proper meal plans) and the gym. I then got fit.

So at 54 I now look mid 40's and I'm fitter than most 30yo.

Best thing I ever did in my life. There isn't any part of my life that hasn't benefitted from my life change and weight loss.

I had weight loss surgery and lost nearly 10 stones in a year and still some to go, certainly makes me more virile, mind you I've always had the sex drive or a rampant rabbit lol

This happens fairly often. I think it is because we are fat phobic and do alwaysnot see the person behind the weight. I lost weight a few years ago and I got such a boost that I became very flirtacious. It has hard work to keep fat off but well worth it!
