Half plus seven

About Me:

Every date would be an adventure. I spend half my week in London, half out - so I know the nooks, crannies, pace and personality of a brilliant city, but also appreciate what an exciting adventure it can be for somebody not so familiar with it. Equally, there are adventures to be had across the country - everything from ghost tours to gatecrashing.

All the usual bloke-likes - watching the rugby or F1 over your shoulder in the pub - but aware of the power of flowers ... and the effect of an unseen brushing fingertip in a crowded early-doors bar that says: "Leave the drink. We're going. Right now...".

I'm slim to athletic-ish with an underlying fitness, the product of a sporting background, and an hour a day in the gym. Six foot and a bit, blue eyes - people comment on me holding my gaze without blinking - glasses, grey hair, wrinkle-free. Professional, well-travelled, worldly, confident, fun. Style: I know my limits, and I know what suits me. Depending on my day, it could be pinstripes - or something for trudging through a swamp.

Ideal Partner:

"Half plus seven" is alleged to be the ideal age difference between man and woman. So my ideal affair partner would be in her mid-30s - or look and act it.

But if you're expecting rampant sugar-daddiness and a superficial relationship, look elsewhere. I'm not after airhead trophy arm-candy as part of a misguided bid to stay young: I'd hope you'd challenge or better me intellectually, and be somebody who finds same-age dates fall short on both wisdom and fulfillment.

You're attractive without being false; slim with curves; emotionally intelligent; cognisant that the physical can be massively satisfying without stepping outside the bounds of "normal"; self-aware, relaxed, not necessarily perfect, but somebody who gets it.
