Guess Im looking for someone who is in a similar position to me. Think there are a lot of profiles that may start that way - but - are we really looking for the same thing? I am hopeful to find one special person that doesnt feel guilt ridden for being on here in looking to put back affection and excitement into an otherwise dull and boring existance. I dont want to meet someone who is happy with life but just wants a little bit extra. This has got to mean as much to the other person as it does to me. The type of person I am more likely to be attracted to would be fairly tall with a slim to medium build. | Think Ive reached a crossroads in my life - I could go one way and live boringly ever after - or I could go the other in search of something for me - something or should I say 'someone' that will help me re-discover myself. Ive always been a happy, easy going type of person who, at first, can be a little reserved, but once I get to know someone can be lots of fun to be with. Very caring and affectionate, it matters to me what people think, and tend to put others before my own feelings. Dont want to change anything about me as a person but feel its time that I reached out to try and find someone who would do something for me and make me feel wanted, special and even desired. |
| My Appearance |
Well as much as I would like to say I was a few years younger, I dont think I look too bad for my age. I care about my appearance and totally refuse to go up a dress size, or even worse, squeeze into something that no longer fits. Well balanced diet and regular exercise have worked so far to maintain my size 12 figure (although being tall also helps disguise the odd pound or two) Blonde hair that gets lighter with each year (no - not a grey hair in sight - I have a very good hairdresser!) Twinkly blue eyes and a smile that goes with my happy outlook on life.
I'd like to think I have a good dress sense - being smart and business like for work I love to throw my jeans on when I get home, but nothing nicer than getting dressed up for a special occasion. Like to follow fashion, but, if it doesn't suit, I'd rather select something more 'me' than 'up to date'. |
