Firstly, a reassurance if you are married… I am very happily divorced and have a wonderfully independent life. My divorce happened many years ago (all ‘baggage’ in a neat box in the loft), and I have no wish to re-marry or have a live-in relationship. General

My philosophy is that life really is for living. I have trekked in some beautiful countries and mountains, I’ve ‘man-hauled’ to Magnetic North Pole, and I’m seriously into sport. Swimming, cycling and running are my real passions and are the priority in my life. My 50th birthday present to myself was an entry to an Ironman triathlon, and my bike collection is my pride and joy!

I love my life and my job, own my house, have 2 grown up sons and a young granddaughter who is the light of my life.

I enjoy intimate nights in/out, love deep and meaningful discussion into the early hours about everything and nothing. I’m honest and trustworthy, very loyal to those I care about and could not survive without wit, banter and laughter. I have a small collection of very close friends (the kind where the conversation picks up where it left off when you meet again after months apart) and a wide circle of friends and training buddies. I’ve not got much time for small talk, pretentious people or large crowds.

My Appearance

Long honey blond hair (subject to change on the whim of my hairdresser), 5’2” and a slim athletic size 8/10 (exercise really does work!) and no one usually believes my age – not that that really matters, but you get the idea.

I like to dress up and impress on the right occasions and am happy in jeans or shorts and flip flops, and obvious spend much of my life in black lycra!
