Paul I'm 5ft 10 weigh about 14 stones still play a bit of football so got a certain level of fitness though it England first team level it isn't, well!! Time as been reasonable to me but like most of my age there are things we would like to improve but at the same time i may have been lucky with a few things.

I have fair to light brown hair, greying a little round the edges but still have a reasonable amount of it.
