I am Scottish, but have lived in Staffordshire for over 20 years. My accent is not strong, unless I have been talking to my relatives. I am someone who has a few good friends, who are happy to see me when I have time. I work full time and may be going through a change at work which I am looking forward to. My hobbies are reading - mystery/murder books or when I am making jewellery, I listen to audio books.I go to craft fayres to sell my jewellery and enjoy meeting other crafters. I love to be busy and find it hard to just do one thing at a time! Someone who could slow me down a bit, make me laugh would be lovely. I have loved abroad and prefer seeing the culture of the country rather than lying on a beach. If I go away for the weekend, I love to be by the sea. I have a Nintendo DS and my favourite game is Solitaire. When i get fed up with that, I do the brain train games and love crossword puzzles and quiz programmes. I am not a person who enjoys girlie nights out and try to avoid them as much as possible. I love to watch programmes such as 'dancing on ice' and 'strictly come dancing' and have seen both live. I would love to learn to dance.
I am looking for someone who enjoys similar things to me but may also introduce me to something new. I have been to a live rugby match and would love to go again. The rules are a mystery to me, but I am willing to try and understand them. |

I am 5'6" with short, layered light brown hair. My eyes are blue. I am off average build and walk to keep fit. Gyms do not interest me.
My eyes, I think are my best feature. I wear suits to work in the winter, as my job sometimes demands it. When at home, I love to be casually, comfortably dressed. |
