About Me:

I am an open-minded person who likes talking and listening to others and meeting new people. I enjoy new experiences. I am lucky to be fit, active and healthy. I love my single life as it gives me freedom to travel and spend time with my family. However, it would be nice to have someone to meet with for meals, walks, dancing, talking and friendship or more. I am definitely not looking for a partner, just someone who would enjoy having a bit of fun occasionally.
When not travelling or visiting my children and grandchildren,I enjoy walking by the coast and in the country, going to the theatre and cinema, ballroom dancing, reading and getting to know other parts of the UK. I am quite hooked on Soduku and have to do at least one a day! In the summer and when weather permits, I like to spend time on the beach with a good book.
My best meals out are an Italian, washed down with red wine or a pub meal washed down with a pint or two of beer. I don't have very expensive tastes and am always looking for a bargain! I have shortish, brown hair and am of average height. I fit comfortably into size 12 clothes. I prefer casual clothes but don't mind dressing up for the right occasion.

Ideal Partner:

I am looking for a light-hearted relationship with no great commitment - just to enjoy each other's company. Personality is more attractive to me than good looks and I would value someone who is honest and open, fit and active. I would expect the person to be loyal and considerate to their family and friends and to be enthusiastic about both their work and their leisure time. I would prefer the person to live within a reasonable travelling time of my home town or at least to work nearby.
