About Me:

I do still believe that relationships happen naturally and cannot be manufactured. It's a difficult call isn't it? Ideally a single guy would be preferable but this is probably not the best site for that! But it just seems to have the most articulate, funny and intelligent people on it. So many men with so many stories

As we all know, life doesn't always work out the way we would like but it's great to be happy (I've been told I have a lovely smile) confident (there's not much I wouldn't tackle!) and independent (well I run my own life!) Love, warmth and togetherness don't always come in the right way or at the right time and often it is all to do with fate.

I think I'm a pretty nice person and thankfully so do my friends and others I've had in my life. I have travelled a lot and love it. If anyone said 'let's go' I'd go. But most important of all, sometimes doing nothing special with someone special are the best times of all. I love a man who makes me laugh - and whom I make laugh. Laughing is one of the best sounds in the world and none of us do enough of it. Not enough of us steal spontaneous kisses and hugs either. I could list all the things I like doing but honestly, everyone says they like the cinema, a show, music, pub etc....and isn't that what normal people like anyway? Isn't doing ANYTHING as long as it's with the right person and someone you feel totally comfortable with what it's all about? Getting past those first few meetings takes courage.

I am 5ft 1in tall and slim with shoulder-length dark blonde hair. I have been told my best features are my eyes and my bottom and my smile! I've been told I 'look good' which is encouraging! I guess most of the time I dress pretty casually only because I'm lucky enough for that to be my lifestyle a lot of the time. But I love the chance to dress up too. I'd also love the chance to meet a nice, normal, funny, intelligent, kind......the list could go on and on!

Ideal Partner:

A man HAS to make me laugh. He also has to radiate some warmth that shows he is a kind, honest, caring and loving person. He has to love spontaneity and fun but also be responsible about things that matter. I know there are some really nice, good guys around - many of whom are not happy for many reasons. I would just like to meet someone I 'gel' with and then to see how it goes from there. You cannot manufacture relationships - they just happen and no one knows how or why. I know it is too much to say I'd prefer someone single. Someone easy on the eye would be great - but simple attraction is more important - whatever the reason. No-one can ever define that, can they?
