About Me:

I'm a strong, tall, independent, open and honest person and wear my heart on my sleeve. I'm the type of person who will always put myself out for others and hope to be treated the same but certainly do not suffer fools. I can be quite direct but have got quite a sharp and sometimes cheeky sense of humour and someone who can keep up would be a bonus.

Am fairly well travelled and like nothing more than weekends away, feeling the sun on my face, enjoying a nice glass of wine with the smell of the olive trees or a walk along the beach.

I enjoy the finer things in life and am not the type of person who sits and watches life pass by. I go out as often as possible and have also been known to attend the gym on occasion too.

I like fine dining, nice bars, pink champagne, good conversation, visiting new countries, laughing, my family and friends, gym, theatre and cinema but above all, good company and good times.

Looking to be wined, dined and generally romanced as my life is currently lacking in the passion department.

I feel however I need to stress after a few experiences from this site, that I'm not prepared to meet anyone who can't show respect. I know we all have our reasons for being here, but for those of you who feel it's acceptable to cancel dates on more than one occassion, not contact me for months on end and expect me to still entertain the idea of a next date, please think again. My life is not to be thought of as less important than yours so if you're that type of person, then please stop reading and move along. I might consider giving a second chance, but anymore than that would make me a fool, and that's certainly not something I will ever be. Also, if you promise Claridges and deliver Pizza hut then expect me to mind. I would say that tall and leggy probably describes me most accurately and at 6ft tall, I guess my best features would be my long legs but I've been told I also have a nice smile and with the right lighting and a prevailing wind, look slightly like Davina McCall :-)

I've got shoulder length dark brown hair, brown eyes and always like to make an effort regardless of venue or occasion. Not a strict follower of fashion trends (what are those MC Hammer trousers all about) but dress in a classy and sophisticated way whether the occasion requires me to be smart or casual. I'm a girl afterall and we like to dress up.

Ideal Partner:

Ideally I'm looking for someone with a great sense of humour and is tall and preferably well built eg rugby player build. Someone who knows how to treat a lady like a lady, has manners, can wine and dine and hold an intelligent conversation with an air of maturity, mystery and experience. Ideally someone well groomed who takes pride in their appearance without being obsessive. Someone with a cheeky smile and a twinkle in their eye, confident without arrogance. Quite a tall order I guess.

Mutual respect is essential and I strongly believe in treating others as you want to be treated. Manners cost nothing afterall. That said, we all have our ideals of what we find attractive. If there is no mutual attraction then things will not realistically progress so I really apologise in advance if any offence is caused. Obviously if you look like Brad Pitt, then come on down, I'm free tonight and for the rest of my life :-)

By the way, just an observation, but why do people feel the need to list 'clean' as one of their qualities? I would have thought that went without saying, but that said, do those profiles who do not list 'clean' mean that you are not and are in fact diseased ridden and part of the great unwashed?

PS..if you're the sort of person not to turn up or if you haven't thought through your reasons for being on this site please do not contact me. I've had the misfortune to encounter some people who, when it comes to meeting and facing the reality, suddenly get cold feet. Think it through first please don't bother to contact me as i've got better ways to spend my time thanks.
