| My major life activities have been as an accountant for a few years followed by aircraft pilot for international contracting company based on the Isle of Wight who sent me all over the world. This was followed by many years of buying and restoring old buildings, which was quite profitable and allowed me to retire early. After I got the real estate thing established, I sailed most of the way around the world intermingled with my real estate business. I come to Wales every summer for a couple of months as a volunteer driver on the Ffestiniog railway. I love the place and the pace but it would enhance my visit to have the company of a nice local lady to enjoy some time with, going to a nice restaurant for lunch or dinner or at the ocean view apartment I rent, where I love to cook for friends. Our time together could be very discreet if you need that and we could be in a very nice but uncomplicated relationship or it could develop into something more lasting if we hit it off. |

| I keep fit and trim and in very good shape by eating well and being very active while on my extensive world travels. I wear smart neat casul cloths generally but sometimes dress up for nice restaurants. At home very minimal and comfortable is the norm. |
