About Me:

I'm an ex Royal Marine Commando still very fit and athletic.
I'm self employed and tend to work away a lot.
During the summer months I teach disabled and Les able bodied adults and children how to Climb , Abseil, and Canoe, and during the winter months I teach personal protection to Security, Door staff, NHS workers, Nurses Doctors and those that work with aggressive or volatile individuals.
