A walk on a beach with the backdrop of the sunset or the sunrise…a walk in a forest with the sunshine peeking through the trees, a classical concert in a symphony hall … cooking in the kitchen .. canoeing.. playing racquet sports .. and the fav things to do list goes on :-)

In terms of media I do love crime dramas , comedy. Ted Lasso, Slow Horses Line of Duty Shrinking , House MD are on my repeat watch list .
Can’t get enough of vintage British comedy like Allo Allo , Dads Army and Only Fools and Horses.
