Thank you for visiting my profile.
For me, joining IE is a rational decision, not an emotional one. And have been here before.

I am an adventurer, philosophical, see watching TV as a waste of life, and like Pheonix, I am re-born from my ashes. Why?
Because I had it all, the imperfectly perfect marriage. But then my husband died and with him, so did I. Now, I am re-born and have all my ducks in a row.
What have I learnt? … that life is too short to waste it.

I am a person of experience and appreciate the finest things in life. By finest things, I mean setting up my alarm for 2.30 am to stand in minus 12 to see the Aurora Borealis, kneading and baking my bread, or smelling the salt in the ocean breeze. The finest things in life are free.

I push my boundaries but never drive over the speed limit. I don’t want to get to 80 wondering why I have not made more mistakes from which I could learn. I like the routine of my mundane life. I’d rather read a book or iron shirts than spend time on social media. However, there is only so far job satisfaction, volunteering, and friendships can take me. There is one missing piece in the puzzle of an otherwise fulfilling life.

Ideal Partner:

I know exactly what I am looking for (if it exists 😊). I have a physical type, who does not? But that is irrelevant.
Your mindset and situation are the most important deciding factors for me. Ideally, you are based in London or Home counties.
