Such a simple prompt for such a complex thing.

I do like this bit though - I’ve used this site, on and off, for a number of years, and I always set up a new profile each time because… well, new is exciting, isn’t it? That’s kind of why we’re all here, after all.

My profile always says the same thing, really. In classic IE speak, it’s definitely not my first rodeo. Or my second, or third…

I know why I’m here and I know what I’m looking for. No drama, no game playing and total honesty (yes, yes, I know).

I’m in an entirely committed, open marriage - not looking for a way out of that, and not looking to invite anyone into it either.

I have a husband I adore, gorgeous children, a job I love, a house, a cat, and a continually restless soul.

I want interesting conversation, laughter, chemistry, kisses in dark doorways, long dinners and too many cocktails, amazing sex, affection, exploration, adventure, sharing secrets - the spark that makes you feel everything, all at once.

Falling for each other, and knowing that it’s temporary, that it exists in a secret bubble that doesn’t involve anyone else and doesn’t change your ‘real’ life - there’s nothing more intense and beautiful than that.

Ideal Partner:

I am entirely open-minded about who you are and what you do, as long as you don’t believe the earth is flat.

I would probably prefer a bit of overlap with my own political views (left-leaning) and religious beliefs (none, although who really knows), but it’s not a deal breaker.

I do love proper conversation though, regardless of the topic, and I’m drawn to people with passion and drive - again, doesn’t matter what it is that lights your fire.

I’m at ease with my own body and believe that (good) sex is a thing of joy. Open to all manner of kinks and preferences, as long as no animals get hurt :)
